Situated between historic Folsom and picturesque Lake Natoma, the Lake Natoma Inn offers a setting that will be memorable for your guests. We offer a variety of spaces depending on what you need. Beautiful outdoor ceremony area
Our Garden Patio is the ideal ceremony location with overhead string lighting, decorative water fountain and comfy seating next to our fire pits for the guests to enjoy during reception hours if they would like.

The Sutter Room
Perfect for intimate weddings/events
The Sutter Room features a nearly 2,000 sq ft indoor room with direct access to our Garden Patio. This space can accommodate up to 100 guests MAX, but definitely would recommend it to be more comfortable at 80 guests or less. It’s a great space if you are just looking for something more casual or simple. This room has lots of windows for natural light to flow in.

Gazebo
Best for larger ceremonies
For your head count of up to 250 guests you will want to consider our Gazebo area for ceremony. At this location you have two different ceremony backdrop to choose from. The whole Gazebo lights up and is best for decorating, or you can choose to face the decorative water fountain with the trees and nature behind you.

Grand Pavilion
The room with the draped ceilings & chandeliers
The Grand Pavilion features a nearly 3,000 sq. ft. indoor room with direct access to the Gazebo court yard. Our most popular location can accommodate up to 150 max, but definitely would recommend it to be more comfortable at 130 or less. This room comes with a draped ceiling and chandeliers to provide the perfect mood lighting.

No security. A jewelry box and gift were stolen. They told us it was our problem and there was nothing they could do about the stolen items.

We understand how upsetting that can be, and our staff did make every effort to assist in locating the missing items once we were made aware of the situation. As outlined in our event contract, guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Security is staffed for evening events, but we cannot assume responsibility for personal items that are brought into the venue without our knowledge or given to members of the bridal party to hold or pass around. Had the jewelry box or gift been given to your coordinator for safekeeping, our team would have been happy to secure those items in an appropriate location. Our staff was attentive and made efforts to help search for the missing items after being notified. Additionally, our coordinator went above and beyond during your event to assist with decorating, including tasks outside the scope of our coordination services, in an effort to help make your celebration a success. We understand that losing personal belongings is frustrating, but unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for items we were not aware of or were not entrusted with for safekeeping. We do encourage all guests to keep valuables with them or make arrangements with our staff in advance if they need assistance securing personal belongings.

Lake Natoma Inn was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication was clear, prompt, and easy-going, making the planning process smooth and organized. The space itself was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful views and a warm, inviting atmosphere. The food was also incredible - our guests raved about how delicious everything was. On the day of the wedding, the entire event ran seamlessly, thanks in large part to the amazing staff. Jackie was by our side throughout the day, anticipating our every need. Justin and Jaxon were also so sweet and helpful, ensuring all of our guests felt welcome. Overall, the incredible value and quality of Lake Natoma Inn made our special day even more perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better venue or team to work with.

Wedding perfection
My new husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about the Lake Natoma Inn as the venue for our wedding. The communication with their team was superb and responsive every step of the way as we planned our big day. The inn itself provided a gloriously beautiful and welcoming backdrop for our ceremony and reception. From the rehearsal dinner that went off without a hitch to the gorgeous floral arrangements and delicious cuisine, it was evident how much care and attention they put into ensuring a seamless event. The entire wedding team and hotel staff were consummate professionals who still made us feel like family. They went above and beyond to actualize our vision and make every last detail perfect. We are so grateful we chose this venue to host the most magical day of our lives!

Great venue at a good value!
Jackie was a wonderful coordinator and flexible to all of our requests and last min changes. The great pavilion was beautiful, and all our guests found time to take photos outdoors taking advantage of the picturesque fountain and gazebo in the lovely weather.
