    We had such a great experience renting this space at Leigh’s this past weekend! The booking process was incredibly easy, and we absolutely loved the location and the rental space. It was the perfect setting for hosting a birthday celebration for about 35 people. The owner was wonderful to work with—easy to communicate with, very responsive, and helpful throughout the entire process. I also really appreciated that they partnered with a local balloon company. We were able to have a beautiful balloon garland created to match our color scheme, which added such an elegant and special touch to the setup. Coordinating our catering delivery was also seamless, and we had plenty of time to get everything set up before our guests arrived. Having the full four-hour rental block exclusively for our family made the experience even better. We had complete privacy and no interruptions during our event, which allowed us to truly enjoy the celebration. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The space was beautiful, the process was easy, and the owner was fantastic to work with. We would absolutely recommend this space and look forward to booking it again for future celebrations!

    We had a great time at Leigh’s in The Alley on Bitters road. The space was bright and tastefully decorated. Flexible seating allowed the group to be together at one table or spread out at multiple tables throughout the venue. We were amazed with the ability to accommodate a lot of people without feeling crowded. It was fun to be able to view our photos on the screen above the fireplace and listen to music, while having drinks and hors d’oeuvres with friends. We know that people are going to love coming to Leigh’s!

    Leigh’s is the perfect venue to host any event. I wish this was around when I was hosting baby showers for my friends! I hosted a mahjong open play evening and it was so easy to coordinate with Josie, the owner. Best of all— I didn’t have to clean my house! Sure saves me time. There’s a counter with a sink, tables perfect for gathering or for mahjong, and it’s such an adorable space.

    Hosted a work lunch at this space and it is perfect. Wonderful warm space to gather. Bread Box did an excellent job of catering as well, a perfect pair. Highly recommend this space for any type of get together!

    We had the BEST experience at Leigh’s at the Alley on Bitters! It was the perfect spot to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday with all of our favorite friends. The atmosphere was so fun, cozy, and welcoming, and it made the night feel extra special. And Josie, the owner, is truly the sweetest! She went above and beyond to make everything feel easy and personal, and you can tell how much she genuinely cares about her guests. We couldn’t have picked a better place to celebrate such a special milestone. Thank you, Josie, for helping make my husband’s 40th birthday one we’ll always remember! We can’t wait to come back!

Leigh’s can accommodate up to 50 guests total. For events using table seating, the venue can seat approximately 32–34 guests depending on the floor plan and setup. Because Leigh’s is designed for intimate gatherings, the space is especially well suited for events where you want guests to feel connected rather than spread throughout a large ballroom.

Yes. Tables and chairs are included with the venue rental, and Leigh’s offers flexible floor plan options depending on the type of event you are hosting.
Weekend rentals include a standard 9-foot balloon garland from Party Hat Celebrations. If you want something more elaborate, Party Hat Celebrations can also create additional custom balloon decor separately. Options may include: Larger balloon garlands Balloon backdrops Custom color palettes School-color balloons Corporate or branded balloon installations Birthday balloon decor Shower balloon decor
Yes. You are welcome to personalize Leigh’s for your event. Decorations may be attached using: Painter’s tape Command hooks Removable adhesive that will not damage the walls or windows To protect the venue, nails, screws, staples, duct tape and other damaging fasteners are not permitted.
No. Glitter, confetti, confetti cannons and similar materials are not permitted at Leigh’s. This helps keep the space clean and ready for every guest.
Birthday candles are permitted. Other open flames require prior approval. Battery-operated candles are encouraged when possible.
No. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the building.
Yes, but setup must take place within your reserved rental window. Your rental time should include: Load-in Decorating Event time Cleanup Load-out All guests, decorations and personal belongings should be out of the space by the end of your rental time.
Events should end within the reserved rental window. The Welcome Guide states that time beyond the scheduled end may result in a charge of $50 for each additional 15 minutes. If you think you may need additional rental time, contact your party concierge before the event ends.
Standard cleanup is included with Friday and weekend packages, but guests are still expected to leave the space tidy. Before leaving, guests should: Remove personal belongings Remove decorations Place trash in the designated bins Clean major spills Make sure nothing has been left behind Additional cleaning or damage may affect the security deposit.
Leigh’s uses security deposit guidelines to help protect the venue and furnishings. A full refund generally depends on: No damage to the venue, furniture, equipment or decor The space being left clean and tidy Following venue rules Ending the event within the reserved time Avoiding complaints from neighboring businesses or residents Damage, excessive cleaning or violations of venue rules may result in a partial or full loss of the security deposit.
Yes. Wi-Fi is available for event hosts and guests.
Yes. Leigh’s includes a Sonos speaker that can connect through Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Guests are asked to keep music at a comfortable level out of consideration for neighboring businesses.
Yes. Leigh’s includes a Frame TV that can be incorporated into your event. Depending on the occasion, you might use it for: Photos Slideshows Welcome messages Graduation memories Engagement photos Event schedules Company branding Sponsor logos Presentations
