Magnolias Weddings and Events was an absolute delight to work with for our wedding. Their communication style was effective, clear, and smooth from start to finish. The quality of their work and the value they provided was truly beautiful, unique, and quaint. They cared for our wedding like it was their own, going above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect. The Magnolias team showed up and showed out, impressing both us and our guests. In fact, our guests were so impressed that they said they would use Magnolias for all their future events as well. Magnolias is also incredibly cost-efficient, making them an amazing choice for any couple planning their dream wedding. We will absolutely be using their event space for all our future events.

Hidden Gem w/ Great Service!

Booked a brunch-time slot for our baby shower and Kim, was more than accommodating. She was super helpful and very easy to work with! We had roughly 100 people there and although it was a little tight, we enjoyed the intimate feeling of the venue.

If I could give Magnolias Wedding & Events 10 stars, I absolutely would! From the moment we booked our baby shower, Kim and her entire team went above and beyond to make our day absolutely perfect. The venue itself is stunning every little detail is thoughtfully curated, making it feel warm, elegant, and incredibly intimate. Kim is truly one of the sweetest and most dedicated people I’ve ever worked with. She is there throughout the entire event, making sure everything runs smoothly and that every detail is exactly as you envisioned. Her passion for what she does shines through in every aspect of the experience. The servers were amazing, attentive, and so kind to all of our guests. The customer service from everyone at Magnolias is truly top-notch. They made us feel so cared for from beginning to end, allowing us to relax and enjoy every moment of our celebration. I held my baby shower here, and it was honestly a dream come true. Everything I envisioned came to life, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful experience. If you’re looking for a venue for an intimate gathering, baby shower, bridal shower, or special celebration, I cannot recommend Magnolias Wedding & Events enough. We hosted a bridal shower at Magnolia's Weddings and Events in Bartlett. Kim and her team were a dream to work with! The space is decorated so nicely even before they place the table decor we requested, but everything was exactly as my bride requested when we arrived for set up. Our guests loved the venue and the care provided by the young men on Kim's staff. We loved it there and look forward to going back one day.

My wife and I were looking for a more intimate wedding venue, and Magnolia's was the perfect choice. We invited the maximum of 100 guests, with 90 ultimately attending, and it was a beautiful setting to celebrate with our family and friends. The venue itself is gorgeous, and our guests had an amazing time. Kim and Deb were incredible to work with throughout the planning process and on the wedding day. They were always helpful, organized, and made sure everything went exactly as planned, which allowed us to relax and enjoy every moment. The outdoor seating areas in both the front and back of the venue were fantastic additions. Many of our guests who weren't interested in dancing appreciated having comfortable spaces to socialize throughout the evening. The entire Magnolia's staff was courteous, professional, and genuinely fun to be around, which made the experience even better. The only thing we'd mention for future couples is guest count. Magnolia's can absolutely accommodate 90 guests, but with our group enjoying the dance floor and bar area throughout the night, the space felt a little tight at times. If you're looking for a bit more room to spread out, we think around 80 guests would be a more comfortable fit. We have absolutely no regrets about choosing Magnolia's for our wedding day.
