Beautiful Venue, Some Particularities, Worth It!

I had my dream wedding at Meadowview Events. This is a gorgeous venue in a beautiful location with an outdoor ceremony site, separate cocktail hour location, and a large reception space. The venue also offers ample space in both the bridal and groom suites and an extensive list of approved vendors that was very helpful as we started planning our big day. We chose not to have a wedding planner, but the venue does require a day-of coordinator. They will provide this service, but there are certainly some particularities that they have about the venue, so I would recommend asking questions about everything you are planning to ensure if meets their requirements and advocate for what you want. I was told a handful of times that what I wanted “wasn’t what was typical” but once I advocated for it, there was no issue making my vision come to life. There were some times I felt like the need to question and advocate for what I wanted led to added stress during the planning process, but nothing too extreme to not make it worth having our day at this beautiful space. After months of planning, the day of staff was very attentive and worked well with family and vendors to ensure everything was in place and taken care of and that our day ran smoothly. As you plan your special day at this venue, make sure to discuss, ask questions, and advocate for your vision with the owner to ensure that your vision becomes a reality while staying within the requirements and guidelines of the venue. In the end, Meadowview Events helped us have the wedding and reception I had always dreamed of – it was the perfect setting for the perfect day!

Meadowview is THE BEST place for a wedding! We booked Meadowview a year in advance for my daughter’s wedding reception. Throughout the entire year, Benji provided the best support for us. On the day of the event, we did not have to worry about anything! Benji and his team handled all the details seamlessly. My husband and I used MeadowView Events venue for our wedding and it had beautiful scenery and the inside of the venue was magnificent and spacious. Mr. Benji is the venue owner with his wife Ali and they did a amazing job on my wedding. I also used them as my wedding planners. They did the hard work for me to take the stress off of me, whether it was calling all the vendors for me or helping pick vendors with good quality and prices. They had very good communication whenever I had a question I could reach out and get a response right away. This is a beautiful event space to get married, have a birthday party or any other celebration. Benji and Ali are good people with good hearts who are good at their jobs. Book with them you'll love it

MeadowView was the perfect venue for our daughter and her husband! He grew up on a farm in Pennsylvania, so she thought it would be a sweet reminder of ‘home’ and it was! The facility was spacious and impeccably clean. The grounds were well kept and beautiful. The longhorns were a fun plus to the whole experience! The staff were wonderful and made the process seamless and flawless. We loved this special day and the staff helped make everything perfect!

We held our daughter's wedding here and it was great. Excellent location with beautiful views. A great outdoor area for the ceremony (with indoor options for bad weather) and beautiful reception area. Benji and his team were great and very helpful. Would definitely recommend them for any kind of event!!
