    Management is poor

    My wife and I picked the Omni to host our wedding reception last month. After tens of thousands of dollars spent, their staff let in 3 different sets of wedding crashers into our event. I let them know it was an issue after I kicked the first set out, but nothing was rectified. Additionally, they told my wife and I on 2 separate occasions that our final bill was paid prior to our event; we paid all deposits on time as well. However, 2 weeks after the wedding (while on honeymoon), I was emailed by an accountant asking for several thousand more dollars; they had miscalculated the bill. I have yet to receive any appropriate apology from hotel leadership/management. I am beyond disappointed with the level of professionalism/accountability shown by hotel management regarding my situation. I would recommend that anyone considering having a special event at the hotel look elsewhere in Pittsburgh. The Omni will charge a premium price and fail to deliver a premium product.
