For more intimate events, our Bourbon Bar and glass-enclosed patio provide ideal settings for mid size groups. Additionally, we provide a boardroom perfect for small business meetings. Our picturesque gazebo overlooking the course offers a stunning outdoor backdrop. Indoor ceremonies can be held in any of our main rooms, including our terrace with a view of hole 18.

The Perfect Venue for Our Dream Wedding
We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience at Penn Oaks Golf Club. From our very first meeting through our wedding day, the entire staff went above and beyond to make us feel special, supported, and cared for. A special thank you to Ramona, our wedding coordinator, who was truly fantastic to work with. She genuinely cares about each couple and made the entire planning process feel seamless, organized, and even fun. Her attention to detail, responsiveness, and calm presence gave us complete confidence that everything was in the best hands. On our wedding day, the Penn Oaks team executed everything flawlessly, allowing us to relax and fully enjoy celebrating with our family and friends. Our wedding was absolutely better than we could have imagined, and Ramona and the entire Penn Oaks staff played such an important role in making it that way. We are incredibly grateful for their kindness, professionalism, and dedication to making our day so beautiful and memorable. Great Venue!
From the moment we started planning, Penn Oaks Golf Club made the whole process feel easy. Choosing Penn Oaks as our wedding venue was the best decision we made in the entire planning process. Ramona was our venue coordinator and she was outstanding. She oversaw every single aspect of the day with a fine tooth comb and a calm presence. I even forgot my wedding shoes at the hotel and she was kind enough to offer to go get them for me- just above and beyond service. We truly felt like our big day was a priority and Ramona saw our vision & executed perfectly. Big shoutout to the catering manager Lisa, she was the smiling face that always had kind things to say to us, always offering to help in any way she could. The bartenders were amazing, they made our guests laugh and contributed to an all around amazing night. With all the venues to choose from now for a wedding, Penn Oaks made our planning process seamless, stress free, and FUN!

In the Middle
The team at Penn Oaks Golf Club was great to work with leading up to our wedding day. They mostly communicated through email and were fairly quick with their responses, which was helpful during the planning process. The space itself is absolutely beautiful and gorgeous, with plenty of room to accommodate all of our guests. They were also accommodating in letting me get into the bridal suite early on the day of, which was a huge help. However, there were some issues with the service on the day - a number of my guests were served cold food and had to wait for their meals after everyone else had finished eating, which I was never informed about by the staff. Additionally, we paid for a photo booth but the attendant was missing multiple times throughout the night, and I had to go searching for help. Overall, the venue is lovely but the service issues were disappointing and detracted from our special day.
