Stilly Brook Farm was originally homesteaded by a pioneer family in 1889. It still retains its magnificent, original cedar beams and cathedral ceiling. David & Terri Lundquist are the current owners, along with their 5 daughters, have turned this sleepy farm into a place for others to enjoy. Once you step inside you will see that Stilly Brook Farm has attended to every detail in this beautifully renovated venue.

A Charming Wedding & Event Venue in the Stilly Valley, Arlington Washington

Whether you are looking for a place to celebrate with family and friends, or you’re gathering with business associates, Stilly Brook Farm’s Barn Reception Hall will make a wonderful experience for you and your guests. The Barn Reception Hall can accommodate up to 150 guests. In the summer months, the Outdoor Patio space can also be an alternative for adding a few more seats or have an outdoor dance.

Our manicured outdoor wedding sites are perfect for spring and summer weddings.

We offer 2 different sites for outdoor wedding ceremonies and you always have the opportunity to move your wedding indoor into our Barn Chapel should the weather not cooperate. This gives the confidence that no matter what Mother Nature gives you on your special day!

    best venue EVER

    From our first conversation with Stilly Brook Farm, we knew we were working with people who truly cared about every detail. The owners were incredibly thorough in their communication, making sure all vendor coordination happened smoothly and everyone was on the same page. They encouraged us to book top-tier vendors that they had a provided list for each service, and honestly, that advice made all the difference. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with gorgeous grounds that gave us the perfect backdrop for our wedding day. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellence resulted in an event that exceeded our wildest expectations. We cannot recommend Stilly Brook Farm highly enough to any couple looking for a venue that will go above and beyond.

    Stilly Brook Fabulous Farm!

    The Sound Originals team recently photographed a wedding at Stilly Brook Farm and there aren't enough positive words to describe our experience with them! It was the absolute perfect venue for our awesome couple and offered so many great spaces for beautiful imagery. They were professional, kind, and made the day so easy. We can't wait until next time!

    Amazing owners and a pristine venue!

    I had my wedding at Stilly Brook in May 2023, and it was the best experience I could have had. The owner, Terri, is so kind, professional, and went the extra mile for us in every way. The facilities and grounds were flawless and clean; they were so perfect for our needs! We were so pleased with our choice, and our guests had a fantastic time as well. There isn’t a better barn venue in western Washington!

    One of the best venues in Puget Sound

    I have had the pleasure of working at Stilly Brook many times. As a vendor, it is a very great place to work. Easy load in, accommodating parking and a ultra fun staff that treats you like family. The acoustics are great both in the loft and downstairs and has a few options for ceremony location. Look forward to working here again ANYTIME!

Our clients bring in their own wine, beer, champagne. We do not allow hard alcohol, and we require our clients to hire our preferred bar tender.
Our gravel parking area is adjacent to the barn facility and is able to host 80+ cars.

Our grounds and banquet hall are wheelchair accessible including our restrooms. Our indoor chapel is upstairs in the barn and wheel chairs can be easily be carried up the wide staircase. We also have hearing-impaired fire alarm lights, and a trained staff.
The client's rental period is twelve hours from start to finish. This includes the time it takes for setup and cleanup. An additional hour is included for rehearsal on the Thursday prior to the ceremony. Any additional time needed can be purchased at $200 per hour.
Booking fees for our facilities are $500 and are non-refundable unless we are able to re-book your date. Final payments are due 60 days prior to the event and are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 60 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
10-hour rental period (1pm-11pm, 12pm-10pm, 11am-9pm, 10am-8pm) 1-hour rehearsal on Thursday prior to ceremony (non-perishable items may be delivered) Maximum 160 (including bridal party) Tables and chairs will be set up to client specifications Venue staff on site to manage restrooms, trash, signage, lighting, facility needs Venue staff cleaning fee included in rental fee Communication available by phone, text, email, FB Messenger Planning Helps available
