Sunset Ranch Wedding and Event Space

After countless online searches and in-person venue tours, my fiancé and I were completely overwhelmed by the number of options in the KC area. On a whim, I came across Sunset Ranch and decided to schedule a tour. The moment we stepped onto the property, my fiancé and I looked at each other and said, “Oh, this is the one.” Sunset Ranch was exactly what we had been searching for. It had the perfect “in the country” feel, a beautiful ceremony space, a modern reception area (including the patio), and separate getting-ready spaces for the bride and groom. The pricing also felt incredibly fair for everything that was included. We especially loved the flexibility to choose our own vendors and the option to provide our own alcohol while having bartenders serve it. Stacy and her team were wonderful to work with throughout the entire planning process. They were responsive, communicative, and incredibly helpful. At our 30-day-out meeting, we went through every detail, including meticulously planning the placement of our tables and chairs to ensure the space would accommodate our vision perfectly. When our wedding day finally arrived, I felt completely at ease. I had no anxiety about the venue because I knew Stacy and her team had everything under control. Everything came together exactly as we had envisioned, and we truly cannot imagine having gotten married anywhere else. Even more special was seeing how much our guests loved the venue. The gorgeous glass barn doors opening onto the patio created a beautiful additional space away from the dance floor, and our guests took full advantage of it throughout the evening. Sunset Ranch was truly a 10/10 experience from start to finish. If you are considering getting married here, do it. You will not regret it!

Sunset Ranch Wedding and Event Space is such a beautiful place to get married! The venue is absolutely gorgeous, and the staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and accommodating. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Our original wedding venue unexpectedly shut down just six months before our May 2026 wedding, and we were devastated. We reached out to Sunset Ranch, and they responded within a day. They immediately got the planning process started and made us feel at ease during such a stressful time. From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was everything we hoped for. We're so thankful we found Sunset Ranch, and we highly recommend them to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with an amazing team behind it!

This place was perfect for our daughters wedding. Stacy and her crew are great to work with and made everything so easy. The venue is great for indoors or outdoors, the bride and groom suites are set up with all the conveniences. There are so many little touches that you might not think about on that day, but they have. I highly recommend Sunset Ranch, its a gorgeous space and we are so happy with how everything turned out.
