The Arbor Estate is a private tropical wedding estate in Miami’s Redland, created for celebrations that feel beautiful, relaxed, and personal. Couples can host their ceremony among lush outdoor settings, prepare in dedicated suites, and celebrate in an air-conditioned reception space for up to 200 seated guests. The estate welcomes celebrations of up to 250 guests, depending on the event layout. Our flexible collections range from intimate weddings and elopements to venue rental, catering, and all-inclusive experiences, with farmhouse tables, cross-back chairs, valet parking, and thoughtful support available by collection.

    Great experience at Arbor Estate

    Arbor Estate is absolutely beautiful. From the moment you arrive, you can tell how much care has gone into every detail of the property. The grounds are stunning, the venue photographs beautifully, and every space feels thoughtfully designed. What really stood out was the atmosphere. November through April is our peak season, when South Florida typically has its most comfortable weather for outdoor celebrations. Availability varies by date and collection, so we recommend reserving popular weekends early.
May through October is our off-peak season. We host celebrations year-round, and these warmer months can offer more date flexibility. Availability and collection options vary by date and guest count.
Yes. Couples may provide their own alcohol. The catering company must supply the bartenders and provide a current certificate of insurance (COI). Security is not required.

The Intimate Estate Rental starts at $4,250 for up to 50 guests. Standard Venue Rental is $6,000 Monday-Thursday or $7,000 Friday-Sunday and includes the full venue amenities and complimentary valet. Service fees are included; Florida sales tax is additional. Standard full-venue rental provides access from 9 AM to 11 PM. Intimate collections have separate event windows: two hours for The Intimate Ceremony, four hours for The Intimate Estate Rental, and five hours for The Intimate Celebration. Intimate events must end by 10 PM, with suite and setup access as listed in your collection. The $950 elopement includes two hours of reserved venue access. Your agreement confirms the schedule for your selected package.
Miami International Airport is the closest major airport. The Arbor Estate is located in Miami’s Redland, and most guests arrive by car or rideshare. We recommend allowing additional travel time for Miami traffic.
Yes. Event liability insurance is required and is typically available for a minimal fee. Our venue coordinator can help process it.
Cancellations are subject to a 60-day policy. Please refer to your signed agreement for the complete cancellation terms.
Yes. Outside caterers are welcome with prior venue approval and insurance. Please share your caterer’s details with our team before booking them so we can confirm the requirements. We also offer venue-and-catering packages and the Arbor Signature Wedding Collection.
