    AMAZING!!

Having our wedding at The Artisan was perfect. The venue coordinators were so great at communication and checked in with us regularly, letting us know what we needed to get done by certain times. The day of they were consistently checking in with everyone seeing how they could help and keeping us on schedule. The venue is so beautiful I could go on and on about it. I fell in love with it when we first toured it and couldn’t imagine having our wedding anywhere else. We received so many compliments from family and friends about The Artisan. I would highly recommend having your wedding here.

    2 stars

Unfortunately, our experience with The Artisan was extremely disappointing. The biggest issue was **inconsistent management and the failure to honor things we were originally told, both verbally and in writing.** We booked nearly two years in advance and expected the agreed-upon pricing and terms to be honored. Instead, we repeatedly had to fight to get the original pricing respected, and management refused to create a more detailed contract when we requested one. **Our biggest concern was the lack of privacy during our wedding weekend.** While we were actively setting up, Creamery tour guests were eating inside the Artisan venue, despite being told the spaces were separate and that our all-inclusive package would provide a private experience. On our wedding day, we also returned around 4:00 PM to take pictures before our 5:00 PM reception and unexpectedly found a large homecoming group taking pictures. This prevented our trolley from arriving as planned, pushed our timeline back, and caused us to miss several wedding photos. There were also several other issues that added unnecessary stress, including **the bride and groom's tiny home having an AC problem on the wedding day**, people entering the venue while our belongings and decorations were set up, and **shots being served at our reception despite our contract specifically stating that no shots were to be served.** Food was another major concern. There was **a hair in the bride's plated dinner and a hair in the groom's dinner at the rehearsal.** We also had four guests with nut allergies and were told they should bring their own meals to the reception. Since these guests were traveling from out of town, this was not a realistic solution, especially for a venue with a licensed kitchen and catering service. Overall, our wedding day was far more stressful than it needed to be because of poor communication, inconsistent management, unexpected access to our rented space, and failure to honor agreed-upon terms. **My biggest recommendation is to get absolutely everything in writing and clarify exactly who will have access to the venue during your wedding weekend. If booking far in advance, make sure the venue will honor the pricing and terms you are agreeing to at the time of booking.**

    Beautiful Modern Barn Wedding

The Artisan was the perfect venue for our wedding. Payal and her team were incredibly organized, personal, and professional throughout the entire planning process. The modern, elegant, and beautiful space exceeded our expectations - it provided the ideal backdrop for our special day. Payal really went above and beyond, taking care of every detail from the layout, to the schedule, and even the napkin design. The food was absolutely delicious and the chef accommodated food for my celiac disease. The Artisan was worth every penny and we are so grateful for their incredible service.
