With nearly 20 acres of wooded scenery, rustic lodge charm, beautiful outdoor ceremony space & breathtaking photo opportunities, this is the backdrop couples travel to the mountains to find. Choose a DIY package & BYO vendors, cater your own celebration, & create a wedding that fits your budget or choose a more inclusive package & let us take more of the planning off your plate. Wedding packages can include everything from the ceremony & reception to lodging, rehearsal dinner space, décor, event tents, a horse-trailer bar, and even a day-of coordinator. Quiet, serene & wooded.

This outdoor ceremony space looks like Colorado or Oregon! It’s not typical Arizona desert. The rustic staircase and long aisle lead you to aspen benches and a large aspen alter. Fresh pine shavings and a burlap runner complete the space.

Our area behind the Lodge offers a glimpse of Escudilla Mountain & a grassy lawn with Aspen trees. We have event tents for inclement weather

Bistro lights are hung to capture the magic of a mountain evening. Guests can also use the cozy Lodge with massive rock fireplace, the commercial kitchen and wraparound porch. Tables & chairs are included in all packages.

This package is great for a reception and can be combined with the Ceremony-Only package for a total of 7 hours of venue use. • Exclusive use of the main Lodge’s common areas, ceremony and reception/dining room site • Access to the commercial kitchen including a fully-stocked catering assortment • All tables (round or rectangle) & chairs provided • Sound System rental included if requested • Restrooms

Description

This package is great for a small intimate wedding. It includes indoor or outdoor reception space and you can bring in your own vendors, cater yourself and decorate as you want. It also includes lodging for one night in one of our large cabins. (Up to 25 people) Package includes: • Linen tablecloths in black or white & chair covers • Bonfire lit at arranged time if requested • Overnight lodging in the Bunkhouse or Chalet (your choice) • A second night of lodging can be added at a discount rate

    Aspen Lodge Beauty like no other

    The team at The Aspen Lodge was outstanding in their communication, accommodating our every need and providing helpful guidance throughout the planning process. The venue itself was simply beautiful, with a spectacular and striking setting that felt budget-friendly yet incredibly high-quality. They went above and beyond to ensure our special day was perfect, working hard to give us the dream wedding we had envisioned. As animal lovers, we were thrilled to learn they welcome furry friends, making it the ideal location for our wedding. The day at The Aspen Lodge couldn't have gone any better - EVERYTHING was perfect!

Yes, parking on the property is complimentary. Staff usually do parking direction by horseback for the full experience
The property is rustic & wooded. It is not all wheelchair accessible although we do our best to offer a shuttle service and for the most part, there are not many steps involved
Tables, chairs, sound system set up and break down is included as is a complimentary overnight for the bride & groom for most packages.
Your wedding day can start at 8 am and go until 10 pm. Overnight lodging is available.
We are 4 hours from the Valley but do have airline service to Showlow, which is 1.5 hours away.
