At The Ball Room, every event is built around you. We don’t use pre-set packages—just flexible options tailored to your guest count, vision, and budget. We’ve chosen not to offer traditional “packages” because no two events are the same. Instead, we provide a fully customizable experience where you can mix and match exactly what you need—without paying for things you don’t. If you choose to cater through The Ball Room, we also include real Plates, Silverware, and Linen Napkins in your rental!

    Bride

    The staff at The Ball Room were respectful and professional, and they communicated clearly and timely on all aspects of the day. The space was clean and well organized and offered ample space for everything we needed. My event required chairs to be moved and rearranged part way through, and the staff worked quickly and efficiently in order to get it taken care of without disrupting the event. On top of everything, they also provided a complimentary bottle of champagne to the head table to help us celebrate our wedding. I am so grateful to Cale and everyone else who helped make our day go smoothly. I would highly recommend this space for any event requiring a spacious venue.

    Everything was great

    Everything about this venue was great! Communication between staff was always timely and professional. The food was delicious and the set up was amazing. Cale and his crew did a fantastic job of accommodating our requests, and even helped us make decisions based on his professional knowledge. I would recommend this space for anything, not just weddings.

    We had a 25th anniversary party here for our daughter and they were amazing! They were thoughtful to every detail even the color of the napkins! The dinner was superb and Cale is excellent to work with! He is very patient with demanding old people 😁 like me who need lots of guidance!! Your staff, accommodations, and food aretop notch!! Highly recommed!!

    Cale was so easy to work with and personally worked our event. We appreciated his attention to detail and his prompt responses. The meal was delicious and we received many positive compliments.

    We hosted our first Nebraska Book & Booze Fest at Round the Bend Ball Room. Over the 5 hours that we held the event, nearly 800 people attended. We only heard compliments of the facility, location and staff. We have already booked our next event there!! I would definitely recommend them!!
