Every detail at the River Room lends its way to provide a captivating aesthetic for every wedding type.
The indoor wedding space at the River Room features 30-foot windows, gold leaf details, grand ceilings, and vast marble columns. Perhaps most charming of all is the original bank vault, which serves as a conversation piece for your loved ones. The venue can comfortably hold up to 300 guests, and WiFi is provided to connect with those who are unable to make it. Parking is available and we are wheelchair accessible.

An event planner at the River Room can happily assist you with your entire process, ensuring everything goes as smoothly as possible. Outside vendors are welcome, and lighting/sound can be provided. The on-site staff can assist with set up and clean up of the wedding so you and your loved ones have less to worry about. You can also choose to use event items such as: Chairs, Dance floor, Furniture, Lighting, Tables, Barware, China, Flatware, Glassware, Linens.

From our first conversation with Zach at theBANK, we knew we were in great hands. He was quick to respond, personable, and genuinely pleasant to work with throughout the entire planning process. On our wedding day, Zach truly went above and beyond—he even walked down to the salon where I was getting ready just to check on me and make sure there wasn’t anything I needed! The staff moved through the space with such skill that you barely noticed them, yet they stayed on top of every detail and handled an issue before we even knew there was a problem! What impressed us most was how theBANK created a timeless, one-of-a-kind experience that let the natural beauty of the space shine through without feeling overdone. We can't recommend them highly enough to couples looking for a venue with genuine care and professionalism.

We got married at City Flats Hotel on June 21st and it was a perfect day! The venue was the perfect size for our 200 guest wedding, the barge was a perfect cocktail hour spot and all the hotel rooms were super clean and very nicely put together. Zachary was a huge help and very accommodating from the first day we began working with him. He was so much help on the day of, from helping with set up, making sure everything ran smoothly, and so much more! I would recommend City Flats Hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and beautiful wedding venue!

The Ballroom @ Cityflatshotel Port Huron was the perfect venue for our wedding. From the moment we first reached out, Zach and the team were quick to respond and incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions. On the day of, they went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly - Zach even helped us set up decorations and helped with things behind the scene! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous, with a spacious and beautiful ballroom that exceeded our expectations. A Dream Wedding Experience at CityFlats
From the moment we began planning our wedding, we knew we wanted a venue that would support us and make us feel welcome. CityFlats in Port Huron exceeded every expectation we had—and then some!
