Your rental secures all our signature spaces plus essential furnishings like gold chairs, tables, and modern lounge furniture. We invite you to personalize your day even further with popular upgrades, such as adding a breathtaking rooftop ceremony, a custom dance floor, or full AV production. You can also add extra event time at $800/hr or additional setup time for $200/hr to perfectly fit your timeline.

We booked this venue completely sight unseen based only on photos, and we could not be happier with our decision! Planning a wedding from another state can be incredibly stressful, but Chloe, the manager made the entire process completely seamless. They were unbelievably organized, attentive, and great to work with from start to finish. Everything came together perfectly on our big day. If you are an out-of-town couple looking for a stress free experience and a gorgeous venue, we highly recommend them!

As a wedding photographer I can confidently say that Bardot is a classic Kansas City wedding venue! The rooftop space is amazing for ceremonies with huge views of downtown KC, maybe the best available from any venue. There's tons of different directions that are photogenic and all kinds of options for setups and photos. It's wonderful that there's a beautiful indoor space too, in case the weather doesn't cooperate! The staff is awesome and super accommodating. I'm glad to be local to KC so that I can photograph more weddings here soon.

This venue has one of the most unique atmospheres in Kansas City, combining old-Hollywood elegance with modern luxury in the heart of the Crossroads District. From the dramatic ballroom lighting to the rooftop views and hidden speakeasy-style lounge, every part of the venue creates an unforgettable guest experience. One of the biggest strengths of The Bardot is how well the venue flows throughout the evening. Couples can host their ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception all in separate spaces while still keeping the energy connected. The rooftop area overlooking downtown Kansas City is amazing for sunset photos, while the main ballroom creates an incredible environment for dancing and entertainment. For DJs and vendors, the layout and acoustics work extremely well for creating a packed dance floor and smooth event transitions. The staff is always professional, organized, and easy to work with, which helps make wedding days stress-free for both couples and vendors. The open vendor flexibility and upscale design make it one of the premier wedding venues in Kansas City for couples wanting a stylish, high-end celebration with personality and character.
