Before the Four Pines Ranch was a wedding venue, it was our family’s working cattle and horse ranch. In 2015, a friend asked to get married beneath the pines, and what started as one wedding turned our horse barn into something we never expected: a place where families gather and memories begin. Coming up on 12 years later, we’re still family-run and that’s why so many couples tell us the Four Pines Ranch feels like home. Our philosophy is simple: Your vision. Our team. Set on 54 private acres just outside Houston, our all-inclusive weddings bring the big pieces together with one experienced team, from coordination and catering to bar service, DJ, photography, décor, bussers, setup, and cleanup.     FANTASTIC VENUE

    The Barn at Four Pines Ranch is an absolute delight to work with for client’s weddings. Their communication style was easy going, professional and prompt, which made planning with the client easy. The quality and value are outstanding - the venue is always clean and naturally so beautiful. I love the roaming livestock throughout the grounds! I would highly recommend The Barn at Four Pines Ranch to any couple looking for a stunning, well-managed wedding venue.

    The Barn at Four Pines Ranch!

    This venue is amazing and very unique. They have a beautiful property sitting on several acres with 2 fishing ponds and features live longhorns roaming the grounds. The building is the classic barn style and can accommodate the ceremony with 2 outdoor locations or can be under a big covered patio if the weather is bad. Parker and his team are professional and easy to work with, and. they respond quickly to questions or concerns. Can’t say enough good things about The Barn!

Yes. Our primary ceremony and reception areas, restrooms and parking include accessible options. If someone in your family needs extra assistance getting around the ranch, just let our team know so we can help make the day comfortable for them.
Our building is located only 15 minutes from Houston's largest airport - Bush Intercontinental. You can reach our venue by public transportation via uber, lyft or private car. We also have a preferred vendor for shuttle services!

Yes! The barn is fully climate-controlled with a commercial heating and air-conditioning system, so you and your guests can stay comfortable year-round. Our Champagne Suite and Whiskey Suite are climate-controlled as well. For our outdoor spaces, we also have fans and heaters available to help keep the patio comfortable during both warmer and cooler Texas days.
Absolutely! At The Four Pines Ranch, you have four beautiful ceremony locations to choose from: **The Forest, The Lake, The Corral, and The Stable**. Whether you picture saying “I do” beneath the pines, beside the water, near the barn, or under a covered ceremony space, you can choose the setting that fits your vision best. All four ceremony locations are included with your wedding, so there’s no extra fee to choose your favorite.
Yes! We love when couples include their pup in the ceremony. Dogs are welcome as long as they remain on a leash and are supervised at all times. We’re also happy to work with couples who need a service or support animal present. After the ceremony, we simply ask that there’s a safe plan in place for their care for the rest of the event.
Yes. We want your wedding to feel like yours. If you already have a photographer, officiant or another vendor you love, talk to us and we can customize your all-inclusive. Professional coordination and bar service remain part of our process because they help keep the day organized and safe.
There are no minimums! You can have a wedding with two people if you like. We also have some elopement and short-term packages as well. But, our maximum is 200 guests so we have plenty of room!
A lot - that’s the point. Your package includes the venue, full wedding coordination, catering, bar service, DJ/MC, professional photography, tables and chairs, linens, décor, the Champagne Suite and Whiskey Suite, bussing staff, security, setup and cleanup. Yes. One of the advantages of getting the private-ranch experience at the Four Pines Ranch is that you're not hours from civilization. The Four Pines Ranch is roughly 15 minutes from Bush Intercontinental Airport, with nearby hotel and vacation-rental options. Some lodging is approximately five to eight minutes from the ranch, and Uber, Lyft and shuttle partners are available.
Yes. Couples are welcome to bring their own alcohol and use the Four Pines’ professional bartending service, or choose from our open bar options. We also offer sober bar options at no additional cost.
Weather preparedness is one of the top reasons couples trust Four Pines Ranch. If rain rolls in, our covered Stable gives you a beautiful backup ceremony option, while your reception stays comfortable inside our climate-controlled Barn. We’re also equipped with two commercial backup generators, giving our team another layer of protection and preparation for unpredictable Texas weather.
We host weddings year-round, but fall through spring are our most requested seasons. Houston gives us beautiful outdoor-wedding weather for much of the year, and our multiple ceremony locations let couples choose the setting that feels right for their date.
July and August typically offer the most date flexibility. And yes - we’re ready for Texas summers. Our reception Barn, Champagne Suite and Whiskey Suite are all fully climate-controlled.
Our specialty is all-inclusive weddings. Depending on your package, that can include the venue, coordination, catering, bar service, DJ/MC, photography, tables and chairs, linens, décor, getting-ready suites, staffing, security, setup and cleanup - all through one team.
Our all-inclusive couples receive all-day access beginning at 11 AM (options available to begin at 9am). Friday and Saturday celebrations can continue until 11 PM, with departure by midnight. Sunday through Thursday weddings have an earlier evening ending by only 1 hour.
Yes. Event insurance is required and is a simple part of the booking process. It provides an extra layer of protection for both you and the venue so everyone can focus on enjoying the wedding.
Four. Choose the Lake, Corral, Forest or covered Stable. Each has a completely different feel, and your ceremony location is included with your wedding experience. You can choose the one that fits your vision - and we have flexibility if the weather changes.

Absolutely. Some of our favorite wedding photos happen during golden hour, and our photographers know the ranch inside and out. They work with your coordinator and timeline to help you take advantage of the best light without disappearing from your reception for half the night. And when it’s time, we can take you out around the ranch for sunset portraits.
