Hi Scott! Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback regarding this past Saturday’s wedding. We appreciate you taking the time to let us know about your experience, as guest comfort and satisfaction are always our top priorities! I appreciate the opportunity to share a bit more context regarding the setup and details of the evening. To help guests when hosting one or multiple events, we place large directional signs guiding guests between our Clubhouse and Barn venues, along with staff through the buildings and grounds to assist. For this night, we had three different signs directing guests. I’m sorry if any confusion occurred when you first arrived, but we’re glad you enjoyed the outdoor ceremony space once seated! Our Clubhouse comfortably accommodates up to 165 guests, and we work extremely closely with the couple to bring their specific custom floor plan and vision to life. To optimize guest flow for their setup, certain doors are intentionally closed off while keeping standard accessible pathways open. Full handicap access is always provided via our building ramps and main entryways. Regarding music, we coordinate with the couple and their DJ regarding volume levels throughout the evening. Given music and dancing are central to wedding celebrations, we do strive to allow for the DJ to execute based on their communications with the couple. As far as the dinner, I'm so sorry to hear you had complaints about your meal. We not only take pride in the 1.5-minute table service per table, but the quality/taste of our food is not usually questioned but complimented. We will take this opportunity to perform a quality control check and appreciate this feedback. We are glad to hear that our bartenders and event staff provided friendly and professional service.
