Amazing! Loved my wedding here!!

Shelly and her team are the best people to work with!! She made our day absolutely fantastic and completely stress free. The venue is gorgeous and the Glass House is the perfect place to stay and have your rehearsal dinner. I can't recommend this place enough!!

Best Venue Ever!

The team at The Barn at Smith Lake is absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond for us. The weather turned on our wedding day and they switched the venue space and created a beautiful alternative. I did not worry about anything with Brittany and Shelly coordinating. Not to mention, the views of the lake make the venue just that more amazing!

My company hosted a retreat at The Barn for a few days. Everything exceeded our expectations and more! The team at The Barn was incredible and very attentive. The grounds were beautiful and the properties we stayed in were gorgeous. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable. It was the perfect location for a combination of mid-year meetings and team bonding. We're already planning for next year!

My daughter just got married at The Barn at Smith Lake. Initially, I thought I would do the planning myself since I had already done one daughter's wedding. However, since I wasn't familiar with vendors in the area, and I was working full-time which was not the case when my oldest got married, I changed my mind and chose to do the all-inclusive package. I have zero regrets and could not be more pleased!!! First of all, Shelly is so well organized and such a pleasure to work with. She quickly caught on to our vision and went above and beyond to make the day just what my daughter wanted. Not only that, ALL of the vendors she partners with are top-notch and have a great working relationship with Shelly. It was such a relief to have so many vendors lined up at once. And if there was a need that wasn't covered in the all-inclusive, Shelly had excellent recommendations for every one of our requests. I received so many compliments from guests about every aspect of our wedding — the best wedding food, the most beautiful flowers, the most delicious wedding cake, a beautiful setting, and on and on... Plus, having the wedding party and family on sight was just what my daughter wanted — she values time with her loved ones. We kicked the weekend off on Thursday evening with a dinner for the bridesmaids at The Glass House where they stayed and the guys cooked out at Cottage 1. Then on Friday, the wedding party had a blast just swimming, floating, paddle boarding, and kayaking up until the rehearsal and rehearsal dinner on Friday evening. And for the big day, everything flowed so perfectly thanks to Shelly and our photographer's extensive work on the timeline. Plus, the setting made for pictures that were truly magical and were shot from a plethora of locations on-sight. I give our entire experience an A++!!!

The Barn & Glass house was the perfect spot for my daughter’s wedding. It is a beautiful venue and the staff is top notch! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. If you are planning to get married on Smith Lake do yourself a favor and go see this venue. The staff was exceptional and we couldn’t have done it without the help of Brittany, their onsite wedding planner. She did an amazing job and was so organized & attentive to every detail. She made the planning process and the wedding weekend so enjoyable & fun!
