Our Theater Ballroom is the perfect space for a spectacular dining experience and/or reception

The Ballroom is our main indoor dining space. This space is perfect for modern vintage dining. With the beige and gold tones the space is the perfect canva to have the flexibility with design. Everything from a classic black-and-white affair to a colorful dream. The Ballroom was designed for all events. Intimate or grand, our ballroom has been designed with an sliding glass wall to take your special day to the next level, transforming our ballroom into the perfect indoor / outdoor space.

    Amazing wedding venue

    The team at the Eligon were amazing!!! They truly created a perfect and seamless wedding day for my husband and I. They took care of all the details and made sure we just enjoyed our day. Melissa took care of all the decor and florals and it was all Pinterest perfect. If youre looking for a venue that is dreamy and beautiful that feels like you're not in Bakersfield, look no further. The Eligon is a one stop venue that offers everything you need to have a picture perfect wedding.

Yes! You are welcome to bring your own alcohol, giving you the flexibility to select and purchase exactly what you’d like to serve. We simply require a licensed and insured bartender as well as appropriate event liability insurance. For an even easier experience, The Eligon offers in-house bartending services along with customizable Prep Bar options. From the essentials like mixers, ice, garnishes, and drinkware to elevated signature cocktails and premium bar details, our team can help create a bar experience that feels seamless and personalized to your event.
Yes! The Eligon has a private, gated parking lot conveniently located on the property, with additional street parking available for overflow. Every event also includes professional security monitoring both the venue and parking areas, so you and your guests can enjoy the celebration with added peace of mind.
Yes! The Eligon is wheelchair accessible, with ramps providing easy access to the ballroom and connected indoor and outdoor spaces. Our restrooms are also accessible. We believe every guest should feel comfortable and considered, and our team is happy to work with you during the planning process to accommodate accessibility needs and create a welcoming experience for everyone.

Our starting venue rental includes exclusive private use of The Eligon’s indoor and outdoor spaces and so much more than simply access to the venue. Included are round, rectangular and square tables, Bentwood and white resin chairs, cocktail tables and water stations. You’ll also receive a personal Venue Lead, 2 pre-event meetings, a custom floor plan and 1-hour rehearsal. Our team handles setup and breakdown of included furnishings and anything booked through us, plus pre and post event cleaning, so you can simply enjoy your celebration.
We offer three timeframes designed for different types of celebrations. Sunrise includes 4 hours and is perfect for ceremonies, intimate gatherings and celebrations of life. Sunset includes 5 hours from 5 PM to 10 PM and is ideal for traditional weddings and evening events. Full Day includes 8 AM to 10 PM, giving you time to get ready on site, enjoy a relaxed setup, and allow vendors plenty of time to bring everything together. Additional hours are available until midnight for $800 per hour, including staffing and security.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
