The Farmhouse Lithia

We visited The Farmhouse for a friends one year olds birthday party and had a fabulous time! 🎉🐐 The little farm animal petting zoo was a HUGE hit with the kids, and the party building was decorated beautifully. There was even a game room where the kids could play and stay out of the heat, which was a big plus! It was such a quaint location that was fun, relaxed, and a casual atmosphere, with plenty of parking. Being out in the country in Lithia made it feel like a little getaway without having to go far. We had a great time and would definitely do it again! Highly recommend The Farmhouse for a Small fun family gathering or birthday party! ❤️

Such a cute and elegant farmhouse! Kailey was so responsive and great to work with. The decorations provided made everything look beautiful and were perfect for my daughter's 16th birthday party. The venue created the perfect atmosphere for a special celebration. Highly recommend! 🎉💕🏡

So glad I found this place. It was the perfect size. Owner was great and responded in a timely manner. Farm animals were fun to see even though it was raining, some of the animals still came out. Highly recommended

We had the most amazing experience hosting our baby shower here! From the very beginning, Kaylie went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how I envisioned it. We met before the event so I could share my Ralph Lauren baby shower theme and choose the decorations. Even though she had never done a Ralph Lauren-themed baby shower before, she was genuinely excited to bring the vision to life. She sent me mock-ups of the décor ahead of time and offered creative suggestions that made everything come together beautifully. On the day of the baby shower, everything was absolutely perfect. The décor exceeded my expectations, and every detail was beautifully put together. Although there wasn't staff on-site during the event, Kaylie was incredibly responsive. Anytime I had a question or needed anything, I could text her and she replied right away, which gave me so much peace of mind. Our family and friends had an amazing time, and everyone kept complimenting the beautiful décor and the venue. It truly made our celebration so special, and we're so grateful for all of Kaylie's hard work and attention to detail. I would absolutely book this venue again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a beautiful venue and a host who truly cares about making your event memorable.
