About this venue
Here at the Franciscan Event Center in Centennial, Colorado we have everything you need to successfully host your next special event. We only host to one event per day, which means you exclusively have our entire event center at your fingertips! We have an indoor facility that can easily be segmented depending on your event’s needs which seats around 385 people comfortably. If you prefer to host your event outside, our outdoor facilities can comfortably fit over 500 people and we have tents available. We have the audio/visual equipment you require for presentations and table and chair arrangements suited for all types of occasions. We even have a 500 square foot dance floor in our newly renovated hall. At The Franciscan, we also have a wonderful and delicious onsite catering service, That Personal Touch Catering, that will handle all of your food and beverage needs.

Typically reserved for catering operations, but can also serve as additional seating space for larger events.
Our Garden Room is primarily used as a support space for events. It is most commonly utilized by our catering team for food service, buffet setup, beverage stations, and event operations. It can also be used for additional guest seating when needed, providing extra flexibility for larger events while keeping the main ballroom open and comfortable.

Couldn’t be better!!!
First off, the location is beautiful and so is the inside. Lots of different types of venues within the building so super customizable. I was there for a holiday party on 12/2/22 and was so impressed. I got to see each space they had and it was beautifully decorated. Great staff, very clean (including the bathrooms) and I would definitely go back to any event being held there or highly considerate for my own event in the future!

Nice venue. Attended a company dinner here and had a good experience. The room was spacious, everything was clean, and the staff was friendly. Parking was easy too. Would attend another event here.

Planning a wedding can be overwhelming, especially when you're trying to coordinate so many different details. What I appreciated most about The Franciscan Event Center was how helpful the staff was throughout the process. We had several questions about seating arrangements, timing, and the reception setup, and they were patient with us every step of the way. When our wedding day finally arrived, everything looked beautiful and the evening flowed naturally. It was such a relief knowing the venue side of things was taken care of.

Went to a wedding here recently and had the BEST time!! The venue was gorgeous, especially the outdoor garden area. Everything looked so elegant, and the reception was a blast! The food was great, the staff was friendly, and there was plenty of room for everyone to dance. Definitely one of the nicer wedding venues I've been to!

We celebrated our parents 40th anniversary here, and it was such a meaningful evening for our family. Relatives traveled from out of state some of whom we hadn't seen each other in years the space was beautiful and the staff was welcoming.
