    Incredible venue. Beautiful, clean, old fashioned feel. The owner is one the kindest and most generous people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Incredibly gracious to the vendors they host. Cannot recommend enough.

April, May, September, and October. June through August, November, and December are mid-season, priced between our peak and off-peak rates.
January, February, and March. Sunday through Thursday dates also carry lower rates all year.
No private lot, but parking is easy and free. The city garage at 135 S Granite St sits directly behind the hotel, about a 2 minute walk, with around 500 free spaces. Downtown street parking is also free.
Yes for the event spaces. The Courtyard and Ballroom have no steps, so guests using wheelchairs or walkers can get to the ceremony and reception easily. Our hotel guest rooms are on the second level and reached by stairs only, so the guest rooms are not ADA accessible.
Your venue fee includes the Courtyard and Ballroom, tables, chairs, and ivory linens with setup, private security, and venue access from 11:00 AM on your wedding day, plus next-day decor pickup from 9:00 to 10:00 AM. Every wedding package also includes a complimentary night in our King Honeymoon Suite. You are free to bring your own caterer and vendors.
Yes. General liability event insurance is required for all events. It is easy and affordable to purchase online, and we are happy to point you in the right direction.
Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) is the main airport, about a 2 hour drive north to downtown Prescott. Prescott Regional Airport (PRC) is about 15 minutes from the hotel and has limited commercial service. Guests flying into Phoenix can also take the Groome Transportation shuttle to Prescott.
