    Grande Ballroom

    The Madison Event Center Grande Ballroom was the perfect place for our wedding reception! They were great to work with, helped make every detail perfect and were very quick at responding to all our needs. We worked specifically with Tory and she was amazing to help plan. As far as night of, our captains were great and super attentive to our needs! The setup team was great - they had everything set up before 10am the morning of our wedding so my husband was able to go check it out and make sure it was all perfect - which it was! Hotek Covington was amazing as well and we got great discounted rates for having our wedding at the Madison! We got tons of compliments on how great the food was, there was never a bar line!

    MAGNIFICENT Venue, Team & Experience!

    The Madison was a DREAM to work with. From the very first meeting with the details coordinators to the day of staff, I knew I was in good hands. Riley made sure everything was in order before the day and Patty ensured that things stayed organized during the festivities. I cannot thank them all enough for their hard work to ensure the day was perfect. We can't recommend this team and venue enough!

    Elegance for even a large wedding

    The Madison Event Center was the perfect choice for our wedding reception. The Grande Ballroom is a great choice for very large weddings (we had 250) that you still want to be elegant. From the very first interaction, the staff was professional, clear, and friendly in their communication, putting us at ease throughout the planning process. On the day of, the venue itself is beautiful, spacious, and classy, providing a perfect backdrop for our evening Fall wedding. Our guests raved about the exceptional food, saying it was the best they had ever had at a wedding. The staff was efficient in serving the food and drinks, ensuring that the event ran smoothly so that everyone could relax and have fun. Overall, the Madison Event Center exceeded our expectations and helped make our wedding day truly special.

    Kind Staff and Beautiful Venue

    The staff were very professional and kind. Even when we had a few bumps in the road, staff was more than willing to help us out! The venue is gorgeous as well and the decorators did a fantastic job setting up my decor. The wedding felt very low stress because everything was being handled so well! The food was so good, too. I definitely recommend The Madison for weddings and any other type of event!

    Cannot Recommend Highly Enough!

    I cannot possibly say enough good things about The Madison! From the day of my inquiry, they stood out among the vendors I was looking into. The pricing models are so transparent, and working through the booking process with Zoe was quick and easy. Cheyenne then helped us plan every last detail so that I didn't have a thing to worry about leading up to the wedding day. The wedding day itself was flawless- I wouldn't change a thing! My top qualification in looking for a venue was a true all-inclusive experience, and I found that and more in the Madison!
