Management needs work
We chose The Marlborough House because the space itself is genuinely beautiful and perfect for what we envisioned. However, the experience fell short in almost every other way. Communication with the staff was inconsistent from start to finish, and on our wedding day, we felt completely left without guidance or support. The biggest issue came right before I walked down the aisle when no one from the venue could be found—my best friend had to step in and open the doors for my entrance, which should have been a moment the staff handled. Beyond that, we had negative interactions with the bar staff, who came across as rude to us and our guests. While the venue looks stunning in photos, the lack of direction and unreliable service made our day more stressful than it needed to be.

A Wedding to remember
My husband and I had our wedding on June 14th 2025 and I cannot recommend them more! They made everything so effortless on my part. Even with the inevitable handful of issues, they made every problem, no a problem at all. All of our friends and family had the times of their lives. We will definitely be considering them for future events!
