    Great Space for a Great Deal

    We absolutely loved The Perry Creek Exchange! The space is bright, open, and incredibly versatile, truly a blank canvas that lets you create an event that feels completely your own. The vaulted ceilings and skylights fill the room with natural light, and the flexible layout makes it easy to transform the space for any style, whether simple and modern or fully dressed and elegant. The large private parking lot made everything stress-free for our guests, no street parking or extra fees, which is rare in Raleigh. While it’s perfect for weddings, you can easily see how well it would work for corporate events or special gatherings. It was also on the Neuse Greenway, which was great for pictures! Highly recommend this venue!

    Bright, Modern Venue with Easy Parking

    We’ve hosted multiple events in this space, and I’ve also attended several as a guest, and it has been fantastic every time. The room itself is large and flexible, so it can be set up for a wide range of events—showers, parties, corporate gatherings, you name it. The vaulted ceilings with exposed wood structure and the floor-to-ceiling windows give it a modern, airy feel, and the natural light during the day is incredible. Guests always comment on how fun and comfortable the space is. There’s an arcade game and a pool table that people naturally gravitate toward, plus an outdoor patio area that works great for mingling or getting a breath of fresh air. The building backs up to the woods, so it feels quiet and tucked away, even though it’s still just a quick trip from anywhere in the Triangle. From a logistics standpoint, it’s hard to beat: plenty of parking, ADA accessibility, large bathrooms right off the event space, and a clean, modern lobby that makes a great first impression as guests arrive. Overall, this is a versatile, modern event space that’s easy to get to, easy to use, and really enjoyable to be in. Highly recommend.

    Amazing Space

    I used this event space for an industry networking event, and it was a great success. We hosted nearly 100 attendees, and the space accommodated everyone comfortably without feeling crowded. There was ample room for catering setup, serving tables, and guest flow. The layout worked extremely well for networking, and the overall experience exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend this venue for professional or networking events.

    Where do I begin? The space is beautiful, spacious, hosts your gathering very comfortably. We were here for a Christmas Party, and it complimented the need very well. I will say the space met our expectations above and beyond.

Yes. Alcohol is permitted when served by a licensed and insured bartender. Required documentation must be provided prior to the event.
Yes, we have an on-site parking lot for you and your guests.
Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.
Booking fees for our facilities, and all payments made including deposits, are non-refundable. If you cancel your event within 40 days of your booked date, we’ll bill you the full amount of all estimated charges.
Our building is just 20 minutes away from RDU Airport in Raleigh, NC. You can reach our venue by private car, rideshare services or taxi.
You are required to obtain one day event insurance for the day of your event. The vendors you bring in for your event are required to have insurance, and submit that COI to us at least 45 days prior to your event.
