From our first conversation with Jackie and her team at The Royal Crest Room, we knew we were in good hands. They communicated clearly throughout the planning process and were always ready to answer our questions, which made the whole experience stress-free. When we ran into a couple of discrepancies along the way, they worked with us instead of shutting us down, which really saved our event. Jackie and her team coordinated seamlessly with our planner to bring everything together, and the result was absolutely stunning. Every detail came together beautifully and elegantly on our wedding day. We can't thank The Royal Crest Room enough for their professionalism and dedication to making our wedding special.

The best all-inclusive venue for your special day!

My wife and I booked the Royal Crest Room for a few reasons - they were extremely responsive and convenient to where we live in St. Cloud, you cannot beat the inclusive pricing, the facilities and decor are amazing, and we already knew we loved the food and bar service from visiting the restaurant while golfing. We decided on a Bridgerton themed wedding and the Magnolia Garden and cocktail hour space were the perfect vibe. The venue allowed us to have a horse and carriage on the tee box right next to the cocktail hour space, and the reception room with the included draping and chandeliers were perfect. Also, probably most importantly, the team made us feel wanted and loved. As a LGBT couple, we were worried that it would be difficult to find a venue and vendor team that made us feel just as comfortable as any other couple, but they exceeded our expectations. They made accommodations for us to use both locker rooms as bridal suites, ensured we were always comfortable with all of the decisions, and even let us do a re-tasting to ensure we were 100% satisfied with our dinner menu. Our guests absolutely RAVED about the bar service and service of the venue staff. Everything was perfect - so much so that MANY of our guests have asked us to throw anniversary parties here every year. The Royal Crest Room team was also incredibly responsive and flexible when communicating any questions or concerns, worked with us when we had a payment due but we were traveling internationally, and immediately corrected an issue with our sand ceremony equipment. We could not have asked for a better team for our special day and their preferred vendors list will help with any other special touches you want to add! We used many from that list and it was such a vibe when all our vendors knew each other or had worked together before, making the day flow smoothly. Highly recommend!!!

The Royal Crest Room is a beautiful venue supported by a wonderful staff who will be there for you step-by-step throughout your entire wedding planning process! Jackie, Amariliz, and Karen are the wonderful ladies who run the wedding venue. One thing I really appreciated about their team is that they share the same email inbox, so they were always able to reply to our questions within a day, no matter who was working. We had booked the Royal Crest Room because we felt that it was the perfect size to manage our 125 guest wedding. The Magnolia Garden, cocktail terrace, and ballroom make the most beautiful backdrop along with their beautiful rolling golf green, especially at sunset. It also was a venue that best fit our requirements of not being entirely DIY, which could feel extremely overwhelming to plan, by providing us catering, tables/chairs/linen, and bar, while also allowing us the flexibility to choose other key vendors we wanted and not restricting us to a list as many other venues do. It unfortunately down poured half an hour before our ceremony so we had to make the last-minute decision to move everything indoors, but the team was quick to set up and move everything into the ballroom and it was still absolutely beautiful even without the outdoor backdrop. Rest assured that your wedding photos will still turn out beautiful in case you also get rain on your wedding day! The venue also has a getting ready powder room which is wonderful if you have a smaller bridal party. Having 6 bridesmaids and groomsmen each, we opted to get ready at a hotel instead to allow for more space, but we were still able to do last minute touchups and getting ready photos in the room. Being in St. Cloud, it can be difficult to find hotels nearby, but we recommend The Courtyard Orlando Lake Nona, which is a quick drive from the airport for your out-of-town guests. We are so grateful for the entire Royal Crest Room team for making sure our wedding day was everything we dreamed it to be!

Not enough words to express how grateful my husband and I are for the Royal Crest Room. From day one we fell in love with the venue. They were all amazing throughout the whole process. Amarliz was our coordinator. She helped us with every detail along the way. The food tasting was amazing. Cannot express enough how many compliments we have received from our guests. They really enjoyed everything and the food was amazing. Everyone loved the food. We had our wedding last month and of course it's Florida and that means unpredictable weather. Although, the weather did not allow us to have our wedding ceremony outside we had it inside the reception ballroom. They whole team was amazing accommodating everything inside. It actually turned out to be better than expected. I highly recommend the Royal Crest room. So grateful for all the team and thank you so much AmarliZ for all of your love and support!

Our experience with the Royal Crest Room was nothing short of spectacular! I am a wedding planner in the event industry, so I was determined to find the perfect location that checked my 3 most important boxes 1. Clean and naturally pretty 2. Generic enough to be creative with design 3. Kind and attentive staff. Jackie and the team were so incredibly kind and helpful to us, my family, and the entire wedding party. The catering team was calm, friendly, and on top of everything. Our day was perfect. Cannot recommend the Royal Crest Room more!
