    Unprofessional experience

    I really hate that I’m having to leave this review. I reached out to Lindsay Monday morning, I received a response that afternoon to which I immediately responded to and did not receive a response until the next day and immediately was asked if I would like to deposit for booking. I wasn’t asked if I wanted to have a phone call, tour or anything. I asked for a phone conversation Tuesday and was told to text before calling which is fine. Wednesday I reach out to see if I could call. I got a response asking if we could move the phone call to Friday or Saturday because she was busy. I reach out today, Friday asking if I can call and get asked again to move the phone conversation. I’m extremely disappointed as my fiancé and I really wanted this venue but it was not worth the inconsistency and unprofessionalism.

    The Wallace- Shope/Mercer Wedding 12/3/2023

    Lyndsay is easy to work with and it is a beautiful venue for a wedding or any type of event. So glad my daughter and her husband chose this venue for their special day
