Since our opening in January 2025, The Wishing Willow has been a premiere destination for events, simultaneously offering guests feelings of luxury and serenity. Nestled amidst nature in the foothills of Bentonville, the venue also boasts a serene pond, providing a picturesque backdrop for your special day. Whether you're envisioning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration, The Wishing Willow is the perfect setting for making timeless memories. Come and experience the magic where your dreams come true at The Wishing Willow. Brand new in 2026: we just opened “Willow Wood,” our guest house on the property, which sleeps up to 10 guests, has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, full kitchen, fire pit and porch swing! We have a gorgeous modern farmhouse style indoor area which can host both ceremony and reception easily for events of 277 or less. Our space includes the main hall and also includes a bridal suite, groom’s quarters, caterers' kitchen and indoor/outdoor flow for gatherings of all sizes. If one portion is outdoors, the indoor area can host events 400 and down depending on your layout plans.

Fits all Occasions
I have been a guest at the Wishing Willow for several events - large, small, indoors, outdoors - and thoroughly enjoyed each one. One wedding accommodated 200 guests nicely with room for dancing. Even the small events maintained their intimacy. The space allows for numerous arrangements to best fit the occasion. The atmosphere is so peaceful and the sunsets are spectacular! The staff was easy to work with as well. I highly recommend it!

Beautiful Venue! The owners are very accommodating! Everything was as stated and as shown! Lovely Grounds! The venue also offers a cabin which we rented as well! Very comfortable, tastefully decorated. Loved everything these folks had to offer! Easy to work with! From 1- 100 this place is a 💯!

Had a great experience having our rainy day wedding here. I would highly recommend also renting the house upfront, we used it to get ready in the day of and loved the atmosphere. My only thing I would change is to keep in communication with one contact for the venue vs. multiple different people. Everyone we worked with was great though and we enjoyed getting to know them! Would recommend this venue for your event!
