Our event center overlooks Timber Ridge Golf Course and can accommodate celebrations of up to 280 guests, with separate spaces for your ceremony and reception. Our team can provide in-house catering, full bar service, DJ/MC, digital photo booth, linens and centerpieces, projector and screen, microphones, dance floor lighting, setup and tear-down, plus photography and officiant options. Includes 10AM–10PM facility rental, choice of pre-selected food package, veggie tray, chips & pretzels, cutting cake, 12 dozen cupcakes, draft beer & soft drinks, DJ, photo booth, linens, napkins, centerpieces, indoor ceremony with chairs & arch, 20 posed digital photos, bridal suite, setup/cleanup, bartender & service staff. Seasonal pricing: $4,995–$7,495.

Micro Wedding Package
30 guests
Peak pricing $1,795
An intimate, stress-free wedding for up to 30 guests. Includes 5-hour facility rental, choice of pre-selected food package, cutting cake, 3 dozen cupcakes, indoor ceremony with arch, DJ, digital photo booth, linens and neutral décor, draft beer, soft drinks, chips & pretzels, and 20 posed digital photos. Available Sunday–Thursday for $1,795.

The Best Venue!
We booked Timber Ridge Catering & Events for our son's grad party and then our daughter’s wedding, and have since scheduled our son's wedding there because we love working with Tera and Don so much. From our first conversation, they were responsive and genuinely invested in making us feel comfortable with every decision. The venue itself is gorgeous with flexible decoration options, and the pricing is fair without any surprise fees. What really impressed us was their willingness to accommodate all of our requests and their eye for detail in bringing our vision to life. Our daughter's wedding two years ago was stunning, and our family still raves about how beautiful everything turned out. We'd recommend Timber Ridge to anyone planning an event, and we're thrilled to have found our go-to venue.

Don & Tera are amazing people. The food was good and Don did a great job on the ceremony for Matt and Mckayla. They were patient with everything and never once got irritated in any way. Definitely would recommend

We had planned on using Club 250 for our wedding and reception next year but sadly it didn’t work out. Their indoor ceremony room could not accommodate our guest list and it was $600 extra to get married outside. We were willing to overlook that because this venue is basically a one stop shop, however, Tera is not good at communication. In this economy you have to start purchasing stuff in advance. I had reached out to her several times about decor I was wanting to use to see if it was possible with absolutely no response. I saw she read my messages but she just didn’t respond. I waited roughly 2 weeks with no response. I finally sent her an email after THREE of my texts went unanswered asking if I had the wrong number because I wasn’t getting a response. That same day she texted back and answered all my questions. I could not have my wedding there knowing the lack of communication I was already receiving. We did pay a deposit of $300 for the food that is apparently non refundable even though we canceled a year out and they haven’t had to purchase anything toward the wedding. But I guess you live and learn.
