Venue 78 has served the Lilburn area for over 10 years providing a unique space with 5–star amenities for events of all kinds. We provide you with tables, chairs, projectors, lighting, kitchenette, bra area and dj booth. If you want to just show up we also have all inclusive packages to best serve you and your guests.

    If you need a complete venue in the area to host an event, this is it! All you basically need to bring are food, decorations and ppl. They've got you covered in some way shape or form on all the other needs. Great place, Book It!

Yes. While we do have a preferred vendors list of service providers, you a free to bring in your own caterer.
Yes. We have a preferred vendors list that includes event coordinators and decorators that you can work with based on your preferences.
Yes. We have several All Inclusive packages that include catering, decor, music and beverage.
A standard booking covers 8 hours of rental time including your set up and break down. Additional time can be added.
