We have something for everyone at your wedding! Treat your friends and family to a weekend of campfires and lakeside beach parties. With a variety of waterfront activities, field sports, and traditional camp fun, it’s sure to be a weekend to remember. Having your own 100-acre private lakeside resort for the weekend makes a great wedding venue. It gives you and your guests a chance to spend quality time with each other, beyond the constraints of a typical 5-hour wedding reception. Our site, facilities, and setting match almost any wedding venue in the northeast, and our food and customer service is outstanding.

Cannot sing higher praises!!!
Where to start?! White Mountain Weddings was the best decision (short of who I married of course) that we made when it came to our wedding. We had the initial vision of wanting to enjoy lots of time with our guests and have FUN! We even did 90 minutes of "field day" with our guests! White Mountain Weddings exceeded all expectations. I cannot describe the feeling of having all of our loved ones scattered across the property enjoying their cabins, endless games, stunning views, and getting to soak in so much time with our guests. Caitriona helped up plan and bring our dream to life. She was so patient and answered all of our questions and was always excited to make our ideas happen. Angie and Dora were our on site day-of venue coordinators and they were phenomenal! They set everything up better than I could have myself and made sure it was all perfect. They anticipated my needs before I knew I had them and were extremely prompt in answering any last minute questions. We had a risk for heavy rain on our wedding day and while we got incredibly lucky and it cleared, I know we would have been well taken care of either way. And the FOOD! I had guests coming up to me all weekend taking about how delicious the catering and food was! I could go on and on and on about how Camp Cody is the best place ever to have a wedding but I will leave it at this- HIGHLY recommend and you will have an absolutely BLAST if you get married here! Perfect Wedding Weekend
We had our wedding at Camp Cody this fall. We could not have had a more perfect weekend. The venue was incredible, the staff was excellent, and the food is still being talked about by our guests. The planning process was made simple with check-ins with Anna along the way and great advice and recommendations from the many events they've held in the past. If you want a wedding experience like no one else, and to have the chance to be with your guests all weekend, we could not recommend this more.

Amazing Venue!
Choosing Camp Cody as our wedding venue was a huge decision and an excellent choice. Anna was so helpful throughout the process, and Dora was amazing weekend of–I never saw her standing still. The venue is so gorgeous, and being able to host our friends and family for a whole weekend made everything go by more slowly, with plenty of opportunities to connect with everyone. The Capture the Flag game we held morning of was a big highlight. The food was INCREDIBLE, and our guests haven’t stopped commenting on it. Everyone says you don’t eat at your wedding, and you better believe that was not true for us. As a person with a lot of food allergies, I’ve never felt more cared for and accommodated, and it was amazing to have that for our guests as well. In one notable moment, my cousin with celiac jumped with joy at the prospect of having gluten free pancakes and french toast for breakfast. The accommodations were comfortable, even in 30-40 degree temps overnight, the heat really works! Staying on site and not having to run around everywhere looking for everything and everyone made a big difference as someone without a planner. Also, arranging folks in cabins was not as stressful as we expected it to be. With our smaller wedding, we had plenty of space to spread people out. Thank you again to White Mountain Weddings for an amazing weekend!

We are available from the end of August through mid June for weddings. We typically book in advance of a year out for events.

Absolutely! This is a great cost savings for our couples. We do not charge a corkage, but do require that you use a licensed and insured bartending company if you choose to serve hard liquor at any point over the weekend.

We have a great selection of food packages to choose from that are charged in addition to the site fee. We do not offer beverage packages, but encourage you to source and bring in your own.

We have plenty of indoor bathroom facilities in our reception spaces. No need to rent extras!

We provide all reception ware, with the exception of table cloths and napkins. We provide almost everything you need for a spectacular event, but some couples do choose to rent items such as chairs to fit their vision for the event.

Yes, but we do require all couples to provide us with their own Certificate of Liability Insurance.

With multiple lodges and indoor spaces we have the capacity to move things inside quickly, easily and with no stress!

Our staff will take care of most of the event space set up and break down for both the ceremony and reception sites. We’ll set your tables, place centerpieces and ensure that the space is both functional and beautiful. In the cases where couples add a lot of their own decor to existing set ups, we’ll ask you to help in making sure that is removed at the end of the weekend.
