We love weddings and you’ll love our beautiful venue! Plan your day, your way with us! Our barn is the perfect rustic, yet elevated venue to make memories you'll treasure forever. We have acres of quiet, peaceful property and gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces just 4 miles from downtown Mansfield. Exchange vows looking out over our pond, under our stunning willow trees. Then step inside to celebrate in our bright, white barn with space 50-125 guests. Slip out to our lovely, covered patio to have a drink and watch the sunset. You’ll love our friendly service, flexible spaces and the natural beauty of our property. We refuse to nickel and dime you with extras that never end. We include decor, drink dispensers and tons more! Family owned and operated with your best day in mind! The Creamer and Thomas families have lovingly remodeled and cared for these spaces, so you don't have to worry at all. Our lovely, white and bright 2,600 sq. ft. barn; perfect for your reception or indoor wedding, with stunning views of our pond, fountain & willows.

Gorgeous white and bright barn with white walls, floor & ceiling, highlighted with dark wood beams and loads of windows overlooking our gorgeous pond with fountain, the stunning willow trees and all nature has to offer. Typical set up includes a dance floor, space for DJ, cake table, buffet tables, indoor bar, sweetheart table and up to 14 round tables for 8 or 9 guests each. We also save you time and budget by including tablecloths in 6 colors and tons of decor you're free to use.

This beautiful room is inside our Barn with great proximity to the reception space for easy decorating access and keeping an eye on everything going on. Thoughtful touches abound with 3 salon chairs and mirrors for getting ready, a large table for makeup and hair tools, a comfy couch and chair with a rug and large standing mirror. A place to hang your clothes and your gorgeous dress are also included.

The coolest guys' space around.

Formerly a garage, our incredible 1,200 square foot Groom's Garage is the place to be for the groom and his guys. Play pool, ping pong, shuffleboard or watch a game on the big screen TV. With a mini kitchen, private bathroom with shower and lots of space the guys will have everything they need to enjoy the day before the ceremony. They're just across the pond and a quick walk from the barn.

    The perfect venue

    Willow Woods was the absolute perfect venue for our wedding, from the tour all the way until clean-up. The owners are all involved and so kind. They live by their motto: “Your day, your way!” They have an extensive (and organized) decor closet, so I was able to cut down on so many one-time-use purchases! Also, chairs, tables, and tablecloths were included in the rental, which is so unlike the other venues I had considered. In the few weeks leading up to the big day, they sent a survey for final numbers and how they should set up in preparation for my day. I was able to opt for an indoor ceremony, and everything was set up exactly how I had wanted. The whole space is beautiful and picture-ready. We had a variety of backgrounds to choose from for bridals, couples, bridal party, and family pictures. Our photographer had not been here before, but was in love with all the scenery and options. Another selling point for me was the open vendor policy. I was provided with some vendor options but was not obligated to use any of them. I did use a catering option from the list (and it was amazing), but I was also able to bring in the axe-throwing trailer and photo bus that I really wanted. The owners helped organize where my vendors would go, and they were available throughout the wedding so we could stay in the moment. Highly recommend!!!

    Most Amazing Venue and Owners!

    Having our wedding at Willow Woods was the most amazing experience. From initially reaching out for quotes and tours to the big day, the Willow Woods team made everything easy and seamless. Jessica was always on top of things and I could reach out any time and she would be right there to help. Her coordinating services were on point too! Her timeline template and creation process was so detailed and I don’t think our day would have went as smoothly as it did without her. The venue and property itself is stunning! We got so many compliments and even if there was no decor you would still have so many picture perfect backgrounds, it also helps knowing they have a full inventory of decor so you don’t have to start from scratch. If you are looking to have the most perfect day with flexibility, 0 stress, and a team that treats you like family then Willow Woods is the venue to book with!

    Amazing venue in Mansfield TX!

    Willow Woods Barn was the perfect fit for our wedding day. Great family-run venue. Their stunning property gave us the beautiful outdoor setting we wanted without breaking our budget, and their free, beautiful decor saved us money and made everything look incredible. The staff was genuinely friendly and made us feel taken care of throughout the day. We can't wait to see our photos from this gorgeous day, and we honestly can't recommend this venue enough to other couples.

    Fantastic venue for the perfect wedding day!

    From our first conversation with the team at Willow Woods Barn Studio, we knew we'd found our venue. They answered every question we had in a timely way and gave us all the information we needed to feel confident about our choice. What really sealed the deal was finding out they're a family business—and they truly treat their clients like family too. The space itself is gorgeous, and we were thrilled to discover they provide complimentary decor that saved us hundreds of dollars. Their attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our wedding day, and the stunning photo spots throughout the property gave us pictures we'll treasure forever. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and the icing on top is they're budget friendly too!! We will recommend Willow Woods to any couple looking for a beautiful venue with a team that genuinely cares.

Our pricing is consistent year round.
Yes. Our couples are required to purchase and bring their own alcohol and utilize our bar services for bartender(s) and security officer. We have 3 packages to choose from ranging from $500 to $1,000 for 4 hours of service.
Yes, our property has space for up to 80 cars to park. We also have a paved drop-off for anyone needing assistance from their vehicle.
Your reservation includes fifteen (15) hours, and you're required to be off property by midnight. Generally, our couples arrive at 8 am or 9 am and their rental runs to 11 pm or midnight.
Event insurance is recommended, but not required.
