Exceeded Every Expectation

We could not be happier with our wedding video. From start to finish, our videographer was professional, calm, and an absolute joy to work with on such a big day. They made us feel comfortable in front of the camera and somehow captured every meaningful moment without ever feeling intrusive. The final video completely exceeded our expectations — beautifully edited, emotional, and so us. It didn’t just document the day, it captured how it felt. We’ve watched it more times than we can count! If you’re on the fence about hiring a wedding videographer, do it — and if you’re choosing one, we cannot recommend them highly enough. This is something we’ll cherish forever.

Jones Media - Videography was a wonderful choice for our wedding video. From our first interaction, their communication was quick, amazing, and kind. The quality of their work was beautiful and fun, perfectly capturing all the special moments of our day. Their team was so sweet to work with and they were amazing in every aspect, from the office staff to the videographer. I would highly recommend Jones Media to anyone looking for a top-notch wedding videographer.

We hired Jones Media for both our engagement and wedding photography and videography. Unfortunately, our experience with the photography side was very disappointing. Our initial engagement photos were extremely underwhelming. After receiving them, we honestly did not feel there was a single photo that captured us well. Because of that, we were hesitant to continue with Jones Media for our wedding. However, they offered to do a reshoot, and we agreed. Aurora handled our reshoot, and she did an exceptional job. We were extremely happy with the results and felt confident moving forward with Jones Media for our wedding day. Aurora was also our photographer on the wedding day, which made the final results even more disappointing. The quality, creativity, and attention to detail we experienced during the engagement reshoot did not seem to carry over into the wedding photos. We had hoped to see that same level of care and artistic vision on our wedding day, but unfortunately, we felt the photography fell far short of those expectations. The videography was the strongest part of our experience. I’m not sure who our videographer was, but he did a great job capturing the day. We were very pleased with the quality of the video. There was one issue where a song included “GD” profanity, which was especially concerning to us as a Christian couple who strongly value our faith. However, Jones Media corrected the issue with an edit, and we appreciate them addressing that. Unfortunately, the wedding photography did not meet our expectations. While there were a few photos that were okay, overall there were very few images that truly stood out or captured the beauty and emotion of the day. Some examples: our family photos had the cross in the background noticeably off-center, and our first-look photos included a large HVAC unit in the background. We hired professional photographers because we wanted someone with the experience and creative eye to recognize details like composition, backgrounds, and opportunities for memorable photos. We don’t claim to be photographers ourselves, which is exactly why we trusted a professional. Our venue had many beautiful photo opportunities, including large wooden chapel doors and other unique backdrops, but those locations were not utilized until we specifically asked afterward. The final gallery felt very generic, almost like the photos could have been taken by an amateur with a phone rather than a professional photographer. We were hoping for those “wow” moments — creative angles, intentional composition, and images that captured the uniqueness of our wedding day — but unfortunately, we did not get that. Overall, we are giving Jones Media 2 stars because the videography was genuinely good, and they did correct the music issue. However, based on our experience, we would recommend couples carefully consider other options for photography, especially if you are looking for someone with a strong artistic eye, attention to detail, and the ability to create truly memorable wedding images. The videography was a positive experience, but the photography did not deliver what we hoped for on one of the most important days of our lives.

Working with Parker and Ariana for our wedding was a great experience! I loved that they made us feel comfortable with posing for photos and video so we had a great mix of traditional and candid. They checked in along the way and welcomed any feedback. The price is great too, definitely getting more than what you pay for. The Jones Media team goes above and beyond and we cannot stop looking at our photos and video, reliving that day.

Five Stars – Pure Pixie Dust! I without a doubt did the right thing by hiring Jones Media Team and choosing both Regina (photographer) and Kevin (videographer) to shoot our vow renewal in Orlando, FL. They both brought the energy and the hype, and they have the absolute best personalities. They were incredibly professional the entire time, and I had no idea that they had never worked together before my event! They collaborated seamlessly, bouncing ideas off one another and making everything even more perfect. They honestly didn’t feel like hired vendors—they felt like guests we invited who were having just as much fun as we were, while still staying completely on task. To top it off, they are complete lifesavers. The night before our renewal, we hit a major hiccup. Due to a last-minute policy change at our Disney resort, our third-party vendors were suddenly not permitted on the property. With no other choice, I had to cancel our resort reservations late at night and move everything back to my parents' timeshare. I immediately messaged Kevin and Regina about the last-minute location change. The next morning, they both showed up right on time and completely ready to go. Because we kept our original timeline, the new location meant we were a little farther away from the venue, but neither Kevin nor Regina ever made us feel rushed. We just pivoted, and they went completely above and beyond—even staying a little past their scheduled end time to make up for the chaos the night before. In the Disney world, we call that Pixie Dust, and they definitely brought it with them. If I had to do this all over again, I’d choose them again and again. I can’t wait to see how the final photos and video turn out. Thank you, Jones Media!
