I manage listings for a larger company and only have access to some of them. What happens to the rest?

Only the listings your Google account has access to will sync. If your company manages multiple listings but your Google permissions only cover some of them, the others won't connect until you're granted access on Google's side, or until a teammate with that access connects them. You will only be able to sync to the Zola listings you have access to.
