“The Secret Garden was the perfect venue for our group of 105 guests in May. It has an intimate feel, but still feels open and welcoming. The flowers were in bloom and the grass was very green. The coordination team did an amazing job accommodating all of our set-up requests and took great care of us on the day of. We are very pleased with everything and loved the preferred caterer and DJ that were part of the all-inclusive package. Overall we found this venue to be one of the more affordable options, especially given you bring in your own alcohol/drinks and can take home what’s leftover. This saved us at least 50/person. The surrounding area and city of Rancho Santa Fe are gorgeous. Parking was easy and all our guests loved the venue.”

“The Bel Vino team is the absolute best, specifically Sydnie! We had the pleasure of planning a wedding here and it was absolutely perfect. Throughout the entire process we felt nothing but confidence in the entire team. They were always so supportive and caring and helped address any concerns that we had that arose. Their level of professionalism and experience from each individual, including the entire staff was the very best. We heard from all of our guests such positive feedback and that the staff was always accommodating. Not to mention the food was amazing and our event captain Heather that night took care of everything. Our needs were always anticipated and met. It was like she could read our mind. She was awesome and could not recommend more. Our dj Andrea made sure our guests were entertained the entire night where everything felt smooth and relaxed. If you do choose to work with the Bel Vino team, you can’t go wrong with any of the staff. However special shoutout to Sydnie, the coordinator we had the pleasure of working with, who is the most loving and caring tender soul. She really made us feel like our wedding mattered and without her, our night would not have been as special. professional photos done by @oflove.co (who we also absolutely adore and highly recommend)”

“We just had our wedding at The Homestead and couldn’t have been happier! It was the wedding day of our dreams. Paula: she was so on top of everything at the rehearsal and on the day of, my family and bridal party really appreciated her thoroughness. She also was so accommodating to any requests we wanted for our wedding day! She and her workers spent so much time setting up our seating chart in such a beautiful way I would have never thought of. We had so many additional things planned for our wedding but she and her team made it all happen and run smoothly too! She even decked out our cake with our personal decorations using her creative judgement and it looked so cute. Email correspondences took some time to get replies, but texts and phone calls were promptly answered! DJ Milo: was a great MC and DJ. I was a little worried he wouldn’t play the songs we requested, as friends had that issue with different djs at their weddings, but every song was one we had asked for! Which really helped create the vibe we were looking for on our wedding day. He also flawlessly looped songs when some activities ran a bit too long. Haverland catering: the food was delicious and the portions were HUGE! I didn’t hear any complaints about being hungry. Desserts: pie and cake were both included in the package! And we had so much left over which was great because I wasn’t really able to eat much on the actual wedding day. They also let us bring macarons for an extra dessert table, and set it all up for us! Photobooth and late night treat: the guests always had something to do! Even if they weren’t interested in the dance floor. There was also areas to sit and talk peacefully away from the music. Bride whisperer: I even forgot about this until the day of the wedding! But I had an attendant with me the whole time to hold onto my bouquet when needed, get me water or drinks or food, and help me with my 3 costume changes. Dora: was so helpful in the girls cottage in the morning! Checking up on us every 15 minutes. And when the flower girl petals did not match the color scheme of the event, she and Paula went to get different petals. They really cared about all the little details! Florals: the flowers and table settings were beautiful, although not exactly what I was expecting. We had discussed moss for the tables but did not end up having it on the day of. Not a big deal, and the guests all thought the florals were beautiful. Bar Tender: was amazing! This venue is so good because it is BYOB. We were able to have 3 signature cocktails and she helped me to create the recipes and buy the proper amounts of ingredients. I was texting her back and forth making changes and tweaking the recipes until it was just right! She was always very responsive. The guests loved the drinks! The venue: speaks for itself, it is so beautiful! Our guests did not understand why we were getting married in Oak Glen, but once they were there they all understood. Also, when we booked the venue I was not thinking of this but it is ADA accessible. I ended up getting injured and needing knee surgery before the wedding so having an accessible venue was a great plus!”

“My Love Wedding Chapel was the perfect choice for our wedding ceremony. From the moment we met Leah, the officiant, we felt at ease with her genuine and personable demeanor. As a bilingual officiant, she was able to seamlessly incorporate both English and Spanish into our ceremony, making it inclusive for all of our guests. Leah took the time to get to know our love story and beautifully wove it into the ceremony, which made it feel so special and intimate. We received countless compliments from our family and friends on how amazing the ceremony was, and we couldn't agree more. My Love Wedding Chapel provided us with a truly memorable and flexible experience that exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend them to any couple looking for a personal and professional wedding officiant.”

“The Riverside Art Museum was an absolute pleasure to work with for a wedding I DJ for. Their communication style was caring, thoughtful, considerate, detailed, and professional throughout the first of contact til day of the wedding, and throughout. The quality of their work and the overall value they provided was truly impressive - the venue was elegant, with breathtaking views that made for a truly memorable setting. When the ceremony ran behind schedule do to the bride not present as of yet, the staff was incredibly accommodating. One thing I must note that I don't see to often. They stayed out of the way until all of the guests had departed before efficiently breaking down the space. It's shows their thoughts are on the couples having a great time up until the last minute and giving the guest time to exit. Not trying to clean up and break down around the guest just to get off sooner. Kisbel (Event Manager) and the entire team felt like close friends committed to making their friends special day a success! I couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue and staff to had worked with for the first time. Highly Recommended!”

“My wife and I had an unforgettable wedding reception! The food was amazing, the ballroom was beautiful, and the service was top notch. Amy is a kind soul that help my wife and I put our wedding together in the beggining and was very professional when we needed her help. Jessica, our wedding coordinator, helped us with the final touches we needed following up to our wedding day! We picked the orange blossom package which was affordable and what we thought our guest would enjoy, which they did 100%! The only tip we'd like to give for any future wedded couples that are looking at this venue is to ask EVERY SINGLE question you got in order to make your wedding less stressful, they are extremly helpful and they always respond on time! “We recently had our wedding at Life Arts Center and overall had an amazing experience. From the very beginning, the staff made us feel comfortable and cared for and not like we were just another transaction. That personal touch meant a lot to us and was a huge reason we chose this venue. The venue itself is beautiful, spacious, and was decorated perfectly on our wedding day. It truly created the atmosphere we wanted and checked all the boxes we had hoped for when searching for a venue. A huge thank you to Desiree and Melissa. Desiree was incredible and made the whole process feel warm and personal, like family helping us put together a celebration. Melissa was our bartender/coordinator and she was so fun, outgoing, and talented. She created amazing drinks, kept the energy up, and our family loved her. She even had shots waiting for us in the bridal suite, which was such a fun touch and something we both needed as we were nervous about our first dance. The day itself flowed smoothly, even when we ran a little behind schedule. The team was flexible, accommodating, and helped everything stay on track. The floor captain was also fantastic! He was friendly, attentive, and always on top of things. Our guests had nothing but positive things to say about everyone, from the DJ to security. No venue is perfect, and there were a couple small things that could have gone differently, but nothing that took away from how special and successful the day was. Overall, we are so grateful for the experience and so happy we chose Life Arts Center. We would absolutely recommend this venue to any couple looking for a beautiful space with a team that genuinely cares about making your wedding day special.”

“We are so grateful for the experience we had at Mission Inn. There was an original switch in contact person toward the beginning but this was handled very professionally. Sara answered every question we had and welcomed us with open arms, letting us tour the venue and meet with her as often as we needed. We had a ton of questions and she was patient and understanding as we navigated through wedding planning. We were nervous when we heard about the ownership change at Mission Inn Hotel & Spa so close to our wedding day, but it turned out to be the best thing that could have happened. The new ownership brought such positive energy and made visible improvements throughout the property that really elevated our celebration. On the day of the wedding, Sara checked in with us constantly to make sure everything was perfect. The whole team's hospitality and attention to detail made our day feel truly special. “Tremar Ranch is a fantastic venue! We had our baby shower here and it was perfect. If you're looking for a venue that strikes the perfect balance between polished and homey, this is it. This outdoor desert oasis has everything you need to host a great event without losing that warm, backyard feel. What makes this place stand out is how thoughtfully it's laid out. There are multiple areas, each with its own charm. A large grassy area provides a blank canvas for tables, chairs, tents, etc, The pool area adds a touch of resort-style class, while the tennis courts and surrounding gazebos offer great options for entertainment or quieter corners for conversation. It's rare to find a venue that can feel both high-quality and down-to-earth, but this one nails it. It’s ideal for weddings, family reunions, milestone birthdays, or even company events where you want guests to feel both impressed and comfortable. The hosts are also incredibly warm, helpful, and excellent communicators. Couldn't recommend TreMar Ranch enough!”

“Our experience having our wedding at Big Bear Mountain Resort was absolutely amazing!! From the planning to the venue to the staff to the food, everything was fabulous. Here is the breakdown of our experience: Planning Process: Working with Elizabeth, the BBMR coordinator, made planning so much easier. She was super responsive - always quick to reply to emails or texts - and really helped me think of details and questions I might have forgotten on my own. She kept everything organized and made sure nothing slipped through the cracks, which made the day feel completely stress-free. The Venue: The locations we used were beautiful and worked really well for our wedding. Ceremony (Top of Chair 2): Taking the chairlift up to the ceremony was a fun experience that our guests really enjoyed. The ceremony site has a gorgeous view of Big Bear Lake and is surrounded by trees. The wooden arch they built was a nice touch. For ADA guests who couldn’t take the chairlift, BBMR can drive them up, which was great. Cocktail Hour (Hog on the Rocks): The cocktail hour deck had amazing views of the San Jacinto mountains - it felt like we were on top of the world. Even though it’s up on the mountain, we had an open bar and a tasty charcuterie board for everyone to enjoy (I’m pretty sure you could choose to do hors d’oeuvres up there too, but we didn’t personally choose that). Reception (The Meadows): The reception area at the base of the mountain was cozy and inviting, with string lights, fresh mountain air, and a roaring fire. It was a great space for everyone to relax and have fun. The Staff: The staff were fantastic. Guests commented multiple times on how friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful they were, and how they really helped make the day run smoothly. The Food: The food was really good - definitely better than what you might expect at a mountain venue. We went with the Timber Ridge menu (salad, tri-tip, garlic-roasted chicken, vegetables, and thyme-roasted potatoes), and it was all delicious. They were also flexible with dietary restrictions, which was helpful for some of our guests. The Price: After looking at a bunch of other venues, I felt like BBMR was the best value for the quality of the venue. Preferred Vendors: BBMR’s preferred vendors list made choosing vendors easier. We used the photographer and bakery from the list, and both were excellent. Lee Stockwell captured beautiful photos, and the strawberry champagne cake from Sister My Sister Bakery was both delicious and a hit with our guests. The Extra Touches: BBMR went above and beyond with adding little details that made the day feel complete—directional signs, lanterns on the tables, themed cake-cutting utensils, and even gold sparkles in the signature cocktails. Those small touches really added to the overall experience. So basically, I would 100% recommend BBMR for your wedding!”

“Going with Miller’s Landing was the best decision we ever made and we genuinely can’t recommend this venue enough!! Everything- and we mean everything- was above and beyond our expectations! The Millers: The entire Millers family is so incredibly kind, warm, and welcoming. From Terri’s kindness and patience showing us around and answering all of our questions, we knew right away that this was the place for us from that very first tour not only because the space was stunning but because we felt so cared for as if we were part of the family. But it didn’t stop there! Kellan was so thorough, kind, and patient and stayed in constant communication with us the entire time leading up to the wedding. We never had to hire a wedding planner because of how thorough she was!! Then when we went back a few times throughout the year to show our parents the space, we had the opportunity to meet Joe who was just as warm and welcoming and went out of his way to meet us to give our parents another full tour on the weekend. Not only that but he gave us great advice, and just made us feel so cared for! This is genuinely one of the nicest families we’ve ever met and couldn’t believe how lucky we were to have found a venue operated by such a loving family. The venue: Every part of the space is so perfectly designed, it genuinely feels like a fairytale space come to life! From the ceremony in the garden to the reception in the barn- it truly is the perfect mix of rustic charm and elegance! Then when we didn’t think it could get any better- in comes the bridal suite!! Every detail in the bridal suite was so perfectly designed, we still can’t believe how stunning it all was! To have such a beautifully designed space to get ready in was just the cherry on top to this perfect venue! Another perk we didn’t know about until we toured the space- the venue also has a TON of decor from previous weddings available for you to use for free! Being on a tighter budget, this was such an unexpected surprise and allowed us to add beautiful touches through decor that we may not have been able to afford otherwise! The vendors: One of the many perks of choosing Miller’s Landing was their list of amazing vendor recommendations! Since we knew going into this that we weren’t going to hire a wedding planner or coordinator, we were a little nervous about having to find all the vendors on our own, but having the venue supply such incredible recommendations was a HUGE time saver!! Not only are some of the biggest vendors already included in your package, but every other vendor we went with came right off their recommendation list! We cannot thank Miller’s Landing enough for such incredible recommendations and for all the stress this alleviated on our end!! The food, desserts, and bar drinks in particular were all out of this world, and we had guests coming us throughout the night to tell us this was the best food and desserts they’d ever had at a wedding! Overall, we couldn’t recommend Miller’s Landing enough, and we are forever grateful to the entire Millers family, vendors, day-of coordinators and staff for making our special day better than we ever could have imagined! We cannot wait to watch this venue continue to grow!!”
