“1000/10!! Lucky Devils gave us absolutely the best wedding experience possible. All communication and planning calls were extremely professional, prompt, and easy. We had a prescriptive plan on our music taste and preferences, which Lucky Devils was happy to accommodate, but they also gave guidance based on their expertise, which we so appreciated. We put playlists together because we wanted certain songs playing, but by the time the band came on (we just gave them general guidance beforehand, nothing too prescriptive), their set list was exactly what we were looking for and they completely set the vibe and energy of the party with little direction. We hired them for our ceremony music, which they were able to do with the live guitarist as well as use a speaker for walk down the aisle songs. Everything went seamlessly and exactly how we imagined, but somehow even better. Working with Lucky Devils was an amazing experience from end. They were also very positive and lively on-site, which made us and the guests have so much fun. We have a family band and Lucky Devils even let them play a live song, which will always be one of our favorite memories from our wedding day. Lucky Devils is a one stop shop and can help you with anything, as they have such range- you can hire for your ceremony AND reception (even if in different locations) as an emcee, DJ, live band, etc. and that's exactly what we needed. They have tons of clients at one time but somehow made us feel so special and like we were their only client. Music is so important to us, and honestly I have been putting together a playlist for years, so we were looking for the best group possible to host the experience we were looking for. Lucky Devils was exactly it and it was so amazing to see this music come to life. They brought so much energy, fun, and connection to our guests, we still talk about it! We were honestly so blown away at how amazing the music was throughout the night. Would 100% recommend and do all over again if we had the choice. You will not regret hiring them and it's one of the best wedding decisions we made!!”

“Keith was the perfect DJ. Honestly! There is nothing that we would change about our wedding night, it was truly perfect. Keith is a class act professional who makes no compromise between quality and affordability. He values his clients and offers extraordinary service at an affordable price. I went in with high (but reasonable) expectations for our wedding night, and he definitely delivered above and beyond!! We had read other reviews of weddings that Keith had DJ’d where the clients were musicians and they had curated a specific type of music they wanted throughout the night, and he nailed it. I consider myself a little bit of an audiophile, so I listen to a wide range of music, and I can also attest to just how amazing Keith’s music selection was! Part of a DJ’s job is to get you excited to go out on the dance floor, and we were already excited before the dancing began, because we just knew Keith was going to kill it (spoiler alert: he did!). He even mixed together multiple songs at once and it was amazing! Keith kept the atmosphere alive all night and there was never a dead moment. Most of the people were up and dancing, even people who have never been willing to dance before! It takes a skilled DJ to do that. It was electric. We had had a negative experience with another DJ company that we spoke to before we decided to look to Nocturnal Cafe, but just from the first conversation with Keith we knew he was our DJ. Keith was incredibly respectful to us, he was patient and understanding throughout the whole process, and he worked with us every step of the way to make sure we were going to have the best night of our lives. His process with his clients is great and made us feel very comfortable. He does a great job of avoiding the typical eye-roll cheesy songs (unless you request it, of course) and he picks songs that suit well for what you’re looking for. We gave him some songs/artists/genres we would like to hear (and some to songs to avoid) but we ultimately wanted to just give him an idea of what we were thinking and for him to use it as a guide more than a ‘must’. We gave him creative freedom to just let him work his magic and boy, was it magic that came out of those speakers!”

I am a huge music fan and live music was one of the most important decisions I made when planning our wedding. I could not have been happier that we chose Bounce Band. The band members were extremely talented, fun, and so kind. Nicole, the MC and Manager, was so organized throughout the entire process and made my life so much easier throughout the entire planning process. She made sure that the wedding night ran incredibly smoothly and that all of our guests had an amazing time. She was also the kindest person and so fun to work with. I am not exaggerating when I say that the dance floor was packed all night!! Bounce Band played an incredible mix of music and kept the dance floor high energy and fun all night long. They also learned two specific requests for me, which was so special. I am a huge fan of Bruce Springsteen and their saxophone player learned the solo from “Born to Run” for our recessional. Hearing it play as we walked back down the aisle was so incredibly special. I’ll remember it forever! They also learned our wedding song, “Baby, I Love Your Way,” and did such an incredible rendition; I felt like I was in a movie. I seriously cannot recommend Bounce Band enough. My now husband and I were quite nervous about hiring a DJ (naturally given it was our first time!), but the second I found and spoke to Joey over the phone in an introductory call, I knew we were in good hands. His warmth, charisma and incredible professional experience was apparent, even during those first few minutes. Joey is an unbelievably talented performer (he played live cello at our ceremony) and a well seasoned DJ. What we didn’t know when we first hired him, was just how much help Joey would be in helping us schedule and orchestrate the flow of our full wedding. “If you're looking for a wedding DJ with great energy, the ability to keep everyone dancing, keep your event flowing and meet the mood of your guests, DJ Shane is the man for the job! The first time we talked to him on the phone we could tell he was going to match our vibe and deliver the wedding we were wanting. We had no idea what we were doing, but he kept us organized and suggested different things that helped us stay on track with different aspects of the wedding. Shane traveled all the way to Fairview for our wedding last weekend, which was not a short drive by any means. He was very fair with pricing, especially with how far he had to travel. Not only did he time our ceremony perfectly with smooth transitions between songs, but he also kept our guests informed of what was happening, without it feeling like he was telling them what to do. He was able to help keep our stress levels low by checking in with us at the right times, working with the maid of honor for certain things and even keeping an eye on the weather. Shane excused tables during dinner at even intervals to ensure there wasn't a long line or people waiting for too long. Speeches and dances were done at the best times throughout the night and he kept everyone engaged and having fun. His ability to read the room and flow through different genres at the right moment is incredible. Fitting in requests from seven year olds seems like it would be impossible, but Shane did it with ease and made the kids feel comfortable enough to keep requesting more. He even had his drone out recording and catching incredible views of the venue, ceremony and reception. It felt more like a friend was DJing for us, not someone we found online and we couldn't have been happier with the outcome. We recommend DJ Shane one hundred times over!”
