Their communication style was smooth but sometimes slow, which was a minor inconvenience during the planning process. However, once we arrived on the big day, the venue staff were incredibly attentive and responsive to our needs. They did a great job of setting up the ceremony area exactly how we envisioned it and were flexible in accommodating our last-minute requests. The reception space was elegant and spacious, and the team helped shuttle guests between the ceremony and reception with ease.
