Rabbi Jacques Cukierkorn, a Brazilian native and descendant of Polish rabbis, has led Temple Israel of Greater Kansas City since 2011. Ordained in 1994 with degrees in psychology and Hebrew Letters, he is a prolific author of Jewish texts in several languages. He lives in Overland Park, Kansas, with his wife, Denisse, and their two daughters.

Hi, I’m Rebecca! I create wedding ceremonies that feel truly you. I work with couples of all backgrounds and belief systems, crafting personalized, heartfelt ceremonies. Using a simple questionnaire, I get to know your story, your style, and what matters most — so your ceremony is authentic, meaningful, and completely your own. Monday through Friday, I am a reading teacher at a Joplin elementary school, so I can only take on select weekday ceremonies depending on time and location. Saturday and Sunday ceremonies tend to work best with my schedule.
