Creating Memories Wagner's has been creating memories since 1965. Come see our five beautiful ballrooms, each with a private bar, large dance floor and distinct layout. The Grand and East Ballrooms offer fireplaces and the South and West Ballrooms feature private outside patios. The North Ballroom has an open floor plan and is perfect for a more intimate setting. We offer both sit-down and buffet menus, all prepared in our onsite kitchen the day of your event. Ask about our All-Inclusive Dinner Package, featuring a sit-down dinner and five-hour open bar.

Venue is set in a historic building right in Downtown Monroe along the River Raisin. Outdoor space is available for a ceremony or cocktail party prior to your indoor reception. We rent the hall for the day, 8:00 a.m. until 2:00 a.m. Fridays and Saturdays for $750. We rent for an 8 hour block of time Sundays through Thursdays for $375. With either rental we charge a $250 security/clean up deposit. That is refunded after the hall has been returned in clean/undamaged condition. We only rent the hall, which includes use of the tables and chairs. Your rental fee that holds your date is non-refundable. You are free to have your ceremony and reception at the facility, many people have done this in the past. For linens, dishes, food etc, you would need to contact a provider for those.
