“Luke was such an amazing addition to our wedding! He was our first choice for wedding photography and was originally booked up on our date. With Covid changes, we were able to get Bear Beau for our rescheduled, smaller wedding, and we couldn't be happier! Luke brought such a joyful, calm, and helpful presence to our wedding. All of our guests noticed how kind and happy Luke was as he ran around taking pictures, and still talk about how great he was a couple months later. I really couldn’t imagine our day without the help of Luke. He brought such a calmness that made me and my fiancé relax and just enjoy our day. I was able to rely on him to know our schedule, help with the flow, he remembered details like my veil and bouquet- all sorts of things that helped our day run smoothly. Luke even arrived an hour and a half early than planned to get more getting ready photos and detail pictures, which I appreciated so much! Luke also worked amazingly with our videographers. Guests thought they were from the same company because their work together at the wedding seemed so seamless! Luke was really kind and respectful to make sure the videographers were able to have their time and space to capture the day as well. Luke is so skilled and quick that we got amazing photos all day long but never felt like we were busy taking photos- the whole day felt natural and easy. And of course Luke is so extremely talented! We love our pictures so much as they captured the genuine happiness and feel for the day. All the pictures are beautiful!! My husband and I couldn't be happier with the photos we got back and feel so grateful for Luke's above and beyond talent and service for our wedding day. We would recommend Bear Beau to everyone! Which mattered more than I expected, especially since we’re very fly-by-the-seats-of-our-ADHD-pants and decided to elope exactly three months before we got married. They went with the flow. They were clear, funny, and never left me hanging. They're good people and even helped with things I didn't expect. They were quick to jump in when the tables weren’t set up how they were supposed to be. Annalee fixed my veil when it refused to behave and then it stayed in place. They paid attention without hovering and made sure we got the photos we wanted with the people we wanted. I love our photos. No filters, which was huge for me, because I want to like my photos when I am 80. Perfect color and beautiful.”

“We had a hard time finding a photographer we felt comfortable with- during that first phone call with Alicia we know we found the right person! Aside from her stunning portfolio, she was fantastic to work with- easygoing, quick to respond, didn't mind alllllll my questions! And the day of the wedding she was a joy to work with, we all had a blast with her and we're still getting compliments just on her alone, let alone her photos! Her husband was our second shooter and he's also fantastic- the boys loved working with him too. We got our sneak peek pics back within TWO DAYS!!! And we still can't get over how gorgeous they are! She did an incredible job of capturing the beauty and joy of the day, our love, and all the fun everyone had. We didn't want to spend the bulk of our wedding just taking staged photos- she made sure those were quick so we could go right back to celebrating with our guests. And the candids, which we were hoping would make up the bulk of the photos, did not disappoint! They are so genuine and fun! Also, for some of the posed group photos, there's an ugly "no smoking" sign behind us and she completely edited it out- I only know its missing because we have some photos of it on our phone! We're your photographers, die-hard dog petters, and donut-eaters that are all about playful banter, real conversations, and no icky small talk.

“From the moment we connected with Devin and got to nerd out about all of the about film, movies, and music we have in common, we knew we were in good hands. Devin is friendly, upbeat, and accessible throughout the entire wedding planning process to ensure that the day of goes smoothly and that you're known and seen for who you are as a couple. She truly took the time to understand our vision for the day and did an engagement shoot for us while we were visiting Washington so she could get to know us better. On the wedding day itself, Devin captured every moment with an exquisite, cinematic eye. She used film, digital, and super8 to capture our day, and I truly don't know how she executed everything so seamlessly. She's a real pro. Devin even surprised us with a special bridal portrait shoot. It was clear from her results that she just "gets" us and we are over the moon with how everything turned out. We couldn't recommend Backcountry Bohemians more highly!”

“We could not be happier with our experience with Original Weddings. Photography was one of our top priorities, and choosing their highest photography package was truly one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. It was important to us to capture all the memories of the day, which is why we wanted full-day coverage and a second shooter. We are so glad we did. Nothing was missed. From different angles during the ceremony to candid guest reactions we did not get to see in the moment, every detail was captured, both big and small. The engagement shoot, which was included in our package, made such a difference. It helped us learn how to pose, allowed our photographer to get to know our personalities, and gave us the chance to be creative together.
