“Brooke did an absolutely amazing job! We did an engagement photoshoot with her months before our wedding date and it was very helpful in getting to know each other and how we work together, made the wedding day so much smoother! It is very obvious she has lots of experience in the wedding industry and is very professional. She did a great job at coming up with different poses and some of her ideas became my favorite photos. She also scheduled an initial zoom meeting before even signing anything which was very personable and helpful to meet the person you might want to hire! For the day of, we had an intimate elopement with only 3 friends. Stacey made us feel so comfortable and like she had known us for years even though we had just met in person that day! Stacey gave us directions on what to do for the pictures, but not strict posing which made the pictures seem so much more natural, candid, and real. She is a gem of a human and so friendly. After the elopement, Stacey provided us with sneak peeks almost immediately. And when we were delivered the final pictures, we were blown away. Every single picture was PERFECT. “If you're looking for a photographer for engagement pictures, a wedding photographer, or a photographer for any other occasion - stop looking! My fiance and I were visiting friends in AZ shortly after our engagement and we booked Maggie for an engagement shoot at sunset while we were there. To say that we are are OBSESSED with our pictures is an understatement. Maggie was so knowledgeable about the lighting at that time of day and utilized the whole landscape to get great pictures with different backgrounds, not JUST different poses from us. We didn't stay in the same spot during the session as she continued to create new angles to adjust to as the sun continued to set. I felt comfortable asking "hey can we try this!?" and Maggie was more than willing to get excited with us about capturing the kind of picture we had in our mind. Maggie also gave us alot of direction on how to maybe tilt our head, or move a hand over a little bit, or recognized that the shot wasn't going to be great so she just scratched it and moved to the next idea. This was extra helpful to me because I didn't have to "guess how to model" and I appreciated that she made good use of her and our time. Maggie works quickly to get a variety of poses and landscapes, is willing to travel, and seems to genuinely love what she does. Her excitement and direction made it fun and exciting for us too! 10/10 for our experience with Maggie!”

Kara not only produces absolutely stunning photos but she also helped us plan out the whole day by creating a timeline and made me feel so stress-free throughout the whole process. We decided not to get a wedding coordinator and I do not regret that decision because Kara was so helpful with coordinating and making recommendations. On the day of the wedding, Kara stuck to the schedule ensured that we did not get behind. I was worried that photos would take a long time in the June heat and that it would be a stressful part of the day for me, but with Kara it was fast and painless! I have since been in another wedding where the photographer was not organized and did not take charge to direct people in photos and it was a complete mess. As a result, the wedding party was over an hour late to the reception...I cannot recommend Kara enough! Her husband, Daniel, is a second photographer for the day and took photos of the groomsmen while Kara was with the bridesmaids before the first look. Kara and Daniel were both so great to work with. Choosing a photographer is such an important part of your wedding day and I promise that you will regret working with Kara!”
