“We all know that hiring vendors for your wedding is stressful, but Lauren was stress free and my BEST choice! She communicated with me throughout the entire planning process and helped me iron out all the details surrounding the big day. As someone who didn’t use a wedding planner, this was huge for me because I had no idea what I was doing. Lauren helped me through this by providing some timeline templates, and answered any questions that came up (even if it didn’t relate directly to photography). Aside from planning, I knew I had made the right choice when we shot our engagement photos. Obviously the final product is why you hire a photographer, but Lauren provided high quality photos AND a great experience! My husband does not like his photo taken and will usually morph into a toddler who throws tantrums when asked to stand in front of a camera for too long - but not with Lauren. We had so much fun shooting with her, she really made it an awesome experience and my husband actually enjoyed himself! For our wedding day we had exactly the same experience, just on a much larger scale. We had a few last minute changes to the plan, and Lauren made sure that for every sacrifice that was made, that there was no detail or photo opportunity missed. She even spent 20 minutes in a broom closet with my mom and I to try to get my bustle buttoned before the dances. Everyone who interacted with Lauren on that day had nothing but great things to say about their experience working with her, and she was absolutely my favorite vendor on my wedding day. Our photos were sent to us before the date they were promised by and they are absolutely PERFECT. We will cherish these photos for the rest of our lives! Lauren is phenomenal at what she does, but more than that she is an amazing person. I truly feel like I’ve gained a friend by working with her and I will never use another photographer to capture my memories. “As I finally begin to write this review, my mind does not know where to start. Sena and Shelly have made it hard to find such meaningful and beautiful words to describe just how wonderful they are. Having phenomenal, near & dear photos of my wedding day was extremely important to me and as I spent hours meticulously researching and thumbing through every vendor– photographers ranked at the top of that list. As a bride, Sena was my main point of contact throughout the whole process and I could not thank her enough for being my hype man and being SO understanding. Furthermore, I truly feel that the attitude of your vendors can change everything when planning your own wedding, and Sena was such a delight to chat with. From over 300 days out to the big day, she came with such a calm yet electric energy that was contagious! She would've been my bridesmaid if she wasn't holding the camera and I mean that from the bottom of my heart! Again, knowing that your vendors want to be there for you and not make a quick buck is so relieving. They understood my budget and worked hard to make it happen without underselling themselves, or giving me less than what I wanted. Seeing them both be so excited to capture such a day meant the world to me. seeing the sneak peak after, not only can I obviously see the love poured out between my husband and I, but I can see their love poured out unto their craft. Each photo has so much love and energy behind it. To brag some more about how phenomenal these people are, Sena and Shelly even went out of their way to pick up my bridal flowers and make the bouquet for me! They adjusted my veil at my ceremony, helped me put my heels on, offered to get me my food at the reception, even asked the bartenders for dish soap when my dress got pollen on it, and proceeded to scrub it off my dress! I'm sure I'm missing some things, too! Okay, okay, if you’ve read this far, I think you're thinking what I’m thinking and that’s: HIRE THEM! “We loved Isaac and his wife, Jing, who photographed our wedding earlier this month. Isaac was super calm and collected and on top of everything. His photography style was perfect for us. He already delivered about half of our retouched photos a week after the wedding which was insane and I love every single one. She was fantastic to work with from the very start, super responsive and professional, and when we got our engagement photos back - I knew we made the right choice!! I wanted photos that felt like real moments where when I saw them - I didn’t think of the pose and position, I thought of the emotions I was feeling and that was what she was able to capture! Our engagement shoot was so fun, and she was so flexible with our vision - meeting us in Lake Geneva, WI for a little bit of everything (lake photos with our dog, sharing an ice cream, and then photos of just myself and my now husband - cuddled up on a couch at a local coffee shop). Come wedding day - she was the perfect amount of letting moments happen naturally but also, making sure things we said were important to us as a couple were captured! Sometimes instead of doom scrolling on Instagram - I happily scroll through the photos she captured!”
