I live in NJ so their locations in both Cherry Hill and Philadelphia were very convenient. I had a trial about 3 months prior to my wedding with Michele and it went great. The makeup was perfect and I kept it the same for my wedding day. I ended up deciding pretty last minute to change my hair up and showed her a new picture on my actual wedding day and she did amazing. Ten of us got our hair and makeup done - me, my mom and mother-in-law, my 6 bridesmaids, and my sister-in-law. Everyone could not have been happier with their hair and makeup. It stayed perfect throughout the day and night. We worked with Michele, Bobbi, and Tiffany and they were fantastic. Highly recommend!”

“Kelsey at Beauty and Bridal was amazing!! I have very curly hair and she is a MUST if you want someone to work with your curls for your wedding day. She did an amazing job, and was more than happy to pivot to a different hairstyle from what we originally tried at my trial, and it was beautiful. It was a super hot and humid day and my makeup and hair stayed perfectly all day! She did an amazing job with the moms and bridesmaids as well, and was a lot of fun to have around the morning of the wedding. Definitely recommend for your wedding day hair and makeup!!”

“I loved working with AMG Beauty Bar. Everyone was so easy to work with and I loved that I was able to schedule a trial with enough time to make a final decision. I loved how responsive AMG was and also appreciated the ability to text them since it can be tricky finding time to communicate with every vendor once the 1 month mark hits. I do wish we discussed the need for a 3rd artist at the time of booking, but Ashley Gallo was able to connect with me right away and guide me through since I am not a wedding makeup expert! She added ease and gave me confidence for the day of execution. I did have a trial with Mia Peters, and I let her know I was looking for something a little more glam and on the day of and she absolutely hit the mark and beyond. I couldn’t have been more ecstatic and excited with how my makeup turned out. I would highly, highly recommend her for your bridal look. I felt so beautiful and wish the day didn’t have to end so I didn’t have to wash my makeup off! I got so many compliments too from guests and other vendors! I also worked with Mia since January to contour my brows. I had Misha pen eyebrows that were uneven and thin. Over a matter of months, Mia was able to help me grow them out and choose them to perfection with an eyebrow pop service every 5 weeks. It made a huge difference since my eyebrows were the frame of my wedding look! Similarly, Vanessa and Devyn Gregorio also did a fabulous job with my bridesmaids. Everyone looked amazing and their makeup complimented their features. If you’re considering AMG - book it! I can’t thank this group of women enough, including the receptionist! Thank you AMG!!!”

“I was on the fence about booking a MUA for our wedding because I wanted to still look like myself and had heard so many horror stories. From my first communication with everyone at Shimmer & Spice, I was coached through the process and given helpful tips on skincare etc. When I had my trail, my MUA, Darian, listened to my concerns and exactly what I wanted, and made it happen. She did the same with my mom and my bridesmaids and everyone's makeup turned out great and stayed on all night! I would absolutely recommend Darian specifically, but working with Shimmer & Spice made it easy and hassle free!”

“Mikayla did a fantastic job! She is so easy to work with, very easy to communicate with as well as organized! She did my hair (bride) and all 6 of my bridesmaids! Plus one surprise bridesmaid Because I forgot to add her. But she finished all of us perfectly and in a timely manner! She made the day low stress and very relaxing! “Tanya was great, answered all my questions before doing a trial for my wedding, always answered in a great time frame. Her personality makes you feel so comfortable during the whole process. She feels like a friend you know for so long and always listening to what you like or dislike about the experience and makes it perfect. My makeup and hair style looked so great for my wedding. I highly recommend it. I still will be going to her for my hair stylist. She even made last minute changes when I had a hiccup the day before the big day.”
