We absolutely loved everything about our experience at Skyview. From the moment we toured the venue, our breath was taken away with the majestic scenic views of the Appalachia. Our decision was further cemented when we learned everything that was included in their wedding package, an incredible value that beat all of the other venues we visited by a significant margin. We don't want to ruin it for anyone, but honestly they could double their rates and it'd still be worth it. The support from the staff at Skyview (specifically Jenn, Hildegaard, and Ivan) both during the planning process and on the day of our wedding was prompt, thoughtful, and comprehensive. We have never gotten married before but we can't imagine working with a more professional staff that made our planning unbelievably seamless and stress-free. Our guests echoed our sentiment with rave feedback about the picturesque scenery, the epic food, the beautiful cocktail hour space, and the stunning and classy reception room. Skyview is a hidden gem that I hope gets all the recognition they deserve!

We knew the moment we walked around it had our exact vibe from the physical layout and decor, to the staff and their event management team. There was a lot of “wedding fluff” we wanted to remove from our wedding and Terrain happily accommodated this without making us feel we were losing something on our day or not following “the norm”. Once we booked them, the communication was a perfect amount for me. I am very type A and had spreadsheets, a planning binder, etc., and always felt from our meetings and emails that the staff there were not missing anything, were constantly responding to me timely, and were very serious about making sure our wedding was exactly what we wanted while maintaining a positive and friendly vibe. Their questionnaires and planning meetings covered everything and there was rarely a moment I had any lingering questions or concerns. If I did, they would always answer me and address them! On the actual wedding day, every single staff member went above and beyond. Truly everyone was so kind and friendly and on top of their portion of work for the day, I didn’t doubt a single one of them! Specifically, our wedding coordinators and bridal attendants were AMAZING! I knew they’d be there to help out that day - but they cared for us, tended to our every single possible need, and were on top of the one to two issues that came up without letting me event sweat about it. They did not let us stress for a moment, and they were so lovingly attentive I felt I could go to them for anything - a concern, some advice, a dirty wedding dress, an app I missed or fresh drink, ANYTHING! They were really amazing from arrival to departure. They even helped packing everything up so I got to dance the night away and let go! I felt like they were my guardian angels or something! Truly amazing work done by them, I wish they could be there for me for other big events! The wedding went off without a hitch, and our guests absolutely raved about the food, drinks, and staff. We have a few big allergy concerns in our families, and Terrain handled them diligently throughout the evening as if it were their own family. These members of our family came up to us as well and expressed how they felt so safe and included, one cousin told me she hasn’t had a 3 course meal in half a decade, but Terrain made it possible for her to so. I don’t know how it could get much better than that for your wedding guests. Overall, the vibe of the venue can be ‘dressed up’ or down, you can add more decor or leave it as is and it’s gorgeous. I think this venue for that reason can be great for the minimal bride(s) and groom(s) or for those who want to go all out on decor. Terrain will help you either way ensure the space is setup perfectly to your vision. We truly had an amazing wedding and we have no regrets on any aspect. Terrain and our vendors were perfectly matched and all came together beautifully to give us a perfect day! I wish we could go back in time and do it all again!! Thankfully, they have their restaurant we can visit for special occasions, but nothing is better than your wedding day, so don’t hesitate to book them for yours!

There aren't enough words to describe what a perfect day Anah and her team created for our wedding. It was more perfect than we ever could have conceived of ourselves. We booked during a transition period for Anah and her business, so sometimes there were some lapses in communication and some crossed wires, but when it came to the wedding weekend, everything was absolutely perfect. (Maybe I'm overusing that word, but it doesn't feel possible). Anah is so warm, funny, personable, and made us feel like we were the most important couple in the world on our wedding day - and also extremely safe and welcome as a queer couple. Every detail was thoughtful and lovely. We used what she grows for our flowers, and she put together a bouquet for me on the morning of the wedding that matched perfectly with accessories she hadn't even seen yet. It's possible she's a little bit psychic. Thank you, thank you, thank you Anah and team for our perfect day. I wish we could do it all over again!

We got married at Neshanic Valley Golf Course in October 2025. It was the most gorgeous day and Julia helped everything come together perfectly, leading up to and including the day of. From the outdoor ceremony, to the patio cocktail hour and incredible reception (and after party!) everything was perfect. We were able to bring in the vendors of our choice and everyone worked so well together - with Julia being able to provide her best guidance. She worked well with our wedding planner and helped us make great decisions knowing her experience with the flow of how the day goes and considerations from the venue perspective! We had 137 people, brought in a stage and the reception space was the perfect size. After seeing the stage, I was slightly nervous but made the floor feel full and the goal was dancing all night long. We also had so many compliments on the food - especially at cocktail hour - and never ran into any issues with a drink line forming. The band sounded incredible in the space and everything was truly perfect. I highly recommend having your wedding at Neshanic!!

Bridgewater Manor was an incredible venue for our wedding. Alyssa was amazing - she was very prompt in returning our emails and phone calls, and was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions throughout the planning process. On the day of our wedding, Alyssa was extremely attentive and made sure I was ready for the ceremony, even helping to put my husband's boutonniere on correctly. I was very nervous right before walking down the aisle, but Alyssa was there to calm my nerves. Adele was also fantastic all night long - he made sure we had food and drinks during cocktail hour and was available to assist us with anything we needed. I never had to hesitate to ask Adele for help. The entire Bridgewater Manor team contributed to making our wedding day so special and stress-free. The preserve was established in 1934 within the Washington Crossing Historic Park at the site where George Washington‘s army camped during the American Revolutionary War. Just five miles south of the preserve, Washington and his men crossed the Delaware River to fight and win the Battle of Trenton in 1776.

From the first time we reached out to the team at Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve, they were very responsive, getting back to us within 48 hours. As our wedding date approached, their communication became even more great as they helped us navigate the DIY elements of the venue. While we had to handle a lot of the setup ourselves, their day-of coordinator was a huge help, even providing a golf cart to shuttle us around the sprawling property. Everything is outsourced at Bowman's, but the coordinator did a pretty good job ensuring our special day ran smoothly. The bathrooms did flood and we are still looking for some of our things as our things were piled up all over. Overall, we were very pleased with the value and unique setting Bowman's Hill Wildflower Preserve provided for our wedding.

Working with Lisa at Ash Mill Farm was an excellent experience! I absolutely loved that Ash Mill met all our criteria in a wedding venue -- being able to stay on site all weekend, high class catering, a rustic boho vibe, etc. And it was a great price compared to other venues! Lisa was extremely professional, communicative, and helpful. On the big day, she made me feel so at ease knowing that she had everything covered and I could confidently just relax and enjoy the day. Also the rest of the wedding venue staff were amazing and super sweet. Ash Mill was everything we were looking for and more!

My husband and I celebrated our wedding in early August 2024 at Jericho National Golf Club. I do not even know how to put into words how happy we were to have our wedding at Jericho. We worked with Christine throughout our entire wedding planning process. She is the absolute BEST! She went above and beyond to accommodate everything we needed to make our wedding day special. She was extremely flexible when it came to our timeline (the groomsmen arriving earlier than the ceremony, extending our cocktail hour, having my husband’s favorite beer on tap,etc.). She was also always available when I needed to discuss various wedding planning items with her and she was very quick to help us with anything we had questions on. Also, a shout out to Janet who was also amazing on our wedding day and always came over to make sure we were eating, drinking and enjoying ourselves. We also received many compliments about our bartenders who were extremely friendly. The amount of compliments I have received on how beautiful our venue was and how amazing the food tasted is a TON! I am beyond happy with our experience at Jericho and I would recommend to any of my friends & family to have their wedding here. Thank you to Christine and the team at Jericho! I wish I could relive this special day over and over again.

We held our rehearsal dinner and welcome party at Plumsteadville Inn and we are so happy we did! It was the perfect kickoff to our wedding weekend! We held both events in the upstairs banquet room, which worked great with our numbers (about 40 rehearsal dinner guests and an additional 50 welcome party attendees), as everyone had enough room to walk around and mingle. Matt and team were very easy to work with throughout the whole process from booking the space, choosing the menu, accommodating for food allergies and night-of service. The food, of course, was delicious! And the staff was so attentive and took care of us the whole night. All our guests had a great time. Highly recommend booking your next event at the Plum!

Bear with me because this is a long review but it is well deserved! Mainline hosted my wedding on 8/23/25. Let me start by saying that the owner Bill saved my wedding. We had already picked another venue in February and they just stopped responding to us so we had to go looking for another one in October. We had a very meager budget and we knew that finding a venue in NJ within that budget would be an almost impossible feat. But Bill worked with us and gave us everything we could have ever asked for and more. Dani, their general manager who joined after we booked, was AMAZING. She was on top of the event the whole night, both Bill and Dani checked in with us through the entire wedding, making sure we had eaten or that we always had a drink on hand. The pavilion was beautiful, the food was incredible, the staff was amazing, the entire thing was flawless. As a bride, I cannot imagine having a better experience, there is no other venue in this entire state that I would have trusted more than Mainline. I will continue to sing their praises from the rooftops because they deserve it. They worked seamlessly with all of my vendors. If you are looking for a place to host your wedding, or any other important event for that matter, choose mainline. They will not disappoint you. I will be forever grateful for the hard work and support that Dani and Bill put into our wedding and I will definitely be returning for whatever other events I have in the future because they are just that fantastic. Thank you so much Mainline, for giving us the wedding of our dreams!!

Choosing Chauncey Hotel as our wedding venue was one of the best decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process. The venue is a hidden gem located in Princeton, NJ. It is nestled behind main roads, not far from the downtown but feels very secluded when onsite. We have many out of town relatives so being able to stay at the hotel and have everything onsite was very convenient and comfortable. The hotel offers a buffet breakfast in the morning which was a nice perk and convenient spot for everyone to gather. There is also a bar in the lobby which was the perfect space for reconnecting the night before our wedding and for our after party. The Laurie House is a charming historic home that offers a hotel-style stay. It was the perfect space for us and our bridal party to get ready, with a large space for hair/makeup, "getting ready" photos, and a boardroom for signing our marriage license after the ceremony. The surrounding property is beautiful and offered many areas for photos surrounded by trees and other natural scenery. The staff at Chauncey was kind, courteous, and attentive to our needs all weekend. Becki in particular went above and beyond as a wedding coordinator. She made herself available to meet in person and virtually before our wedding. Every interaction with Becki made us feel more ready and prepared for our big day! In the days leading up to the wedding, we were able to drop off decor for her ahead of time and she also led our rehearsal! Becki took the time to check in with us the day-of and looked after our family and bridal party to make sure they had everything they needed. Making sure we had our cues before walking down the aisle was so helpful. Our day would not have gone as smoothly as it did without her!

Jasna Polana was an absolute dream to work with for our wedding day. From their easy and quick communication, to the stunning and graceful mansion, we could not have asked for a better venue. Kelsey was creative in how she maneuvered the furniture to create the perfect flow for our cocktail hour, and even pulled us aside during cocktail hour to make sure we took a moment to enjoy a plate of delicious food - a thoughtful (and incredibly helpful) gesture that we really appreciated. In particular, Kelsey was a joy to work with, helping to talk down this anxious bride and providing creative solutions throughout the planning process. We are so grateful to the entire Jasna Polana team for making our special day truly unforgettable.

Last year, we held our wedding rehearsal at Ficus 2nd Floor, and it proved to be an absolutely delightful and cozy venue. The buffet-style food offered was not only delicious but also showcased the restaurant's expertise in New American cuisine with a special emphasis on East Asian flavors. What made our experience truly exceptional was the ability to combine American, Italian, French, and Asian dishes. This diverse menu ensured that all our guests' culinary preferences were catered to, adding a fantastic touch to our celebration. The manager was prompt in responding to our inquiries, contributing to the overall smooth planning process. One notable feature that enhanced the ambiance was the well-designed wall, providing an ideal backdrop for our decorations. The inclusion of a music system added an extra layer of enjoyment to the atmosphere. The fair pricing coupled with the quality of the food made Ficus 2nd Floor a standout choice for us. In conclusion, I highly recommend Ficus 2nd Floor for any event or celebration. The combination of diverse cuisine, attentive management, tasteful ambiance, and reasonable prices makes it a fantastic choice for a memorable experience.
