Photography has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. What started as a childhood passion grew into a lifelong pursuit of storytelling through images. I’m based in both Union, Illinois, and Florida, which allows me to capture weddings in a variety of beautiful settings. When I’m not behind the camera, I’m gardening, traveling, or spending time with my partner, Kenny, and our three pets. My work has been featured in many publications, but what truly drives me is creating honest, meaningful imagery for my couples—photos that will live on as part of their legacy.

I used to produce and plan tens of weddings in downtown West Palm at a 4-5 star venue. During covid-19 I developed my videography skills alongside fitness influencers and branding and brought my new skillset into the wedding industry and have shot my handful of weddings. A little about me: I am a Tampa Bay grown, soflo living videographer, a master's student in mental health, hold a BA in media from PBAU, and surf in my free time. I love God, people, family and friends above all.

Diego is a passionate freelance photographer who captures the most authentic moments beautifully through the camera lens. He likes to focus on natural light and candid emotion, creating timeless wedding galleries as a result.

Penley Photo is an Orlando based wedding photography duo shooting film and digital. We love the weird little moments, the blurry dance floor photos, the hugs, the champagne, the outfits, the details and all the things that actually make the day feel like yours. We shoot a mix of digital, 35mm, medium format film and Polaroids, with Super 8 available too. We’ll give direction when you need it, but we’re not trying to turn your wedding into one giant photoshoot. We want you to actually enjoy your day and have photos that feel like it. We’re based in Orlando but travel all over Florida, the US and internationally for weddings and elopements. We’re especially drawn to couples doing things a little differently.

I fell in love with photography as a teenager, standing in my neighbor’s darkroom and watching images appear like magic in a tray of developer. That moment — the transformation of light into something permanent — never left me.
