Our barn is large enough to hold 299 of your closest friends and family and we have AC units and fans to cool the party. We offer an all-inclusive package, as well as a DIY package. We have a beautiful bridal cottage with seating for 16 guests. While the ladies are getting hair and make-up done in the bridal cottage, the groom and groomsmen can hang out in our unparalleled groom's room that sports a pool table, poker table and a bar. We have two shooting ranges and a pond for fishing. Our families have all day access to the farm leading up to the wedding and we include six hours for the event!

Our Tuscany Ballroom can seat up to 400 Guests and features a built in stage with special effects. Our facility includes grand entrance vehicles, such as a Cinderella carriage or Mini Hummer, to make your entrance to the reception a magical experience for both you and the guests. Just outside of downtown Tampa sits The Orlo, a private social club housed within the historic Spafford House and ballroom. Orlo J. Spafford, the president of the Tampa National Bank, built the Orlo in 1896 to share with his son and his family. In 1922 the Orlo was sold to the Tampa Women’s Club where the addition of a ballroom was made to host formal parties and extravagant dances. This historical ballroom still stands today and is ready to host your next party or extravaganza. Some of our favorite features are our gorgeous bridal suite on the second floor. It has so much natural lighting (a photographers dream) and large enough for you and your bridal party to get ready on your wedding morning! The Orlo has been restored and still has the original wood floors, chandeliers, and grand staircase. It is the perfect blank slate for your wedding or event!
