I just wrapped up producing a client’s end-of-year celebration at Columbia Collective in Woodinville, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The venue is beautiful, versatile, and perfectly suited for a large corporate event. The Landmark Event Co. team was a true partner throughout the process. Larissa Batrakova, Event Coordinator, was exceptional. She is creative, professional, detail-oriented, and always thinking a step ahead. She made the planning and execution feel seamless. At Trademark, we view our venue partners as extensions of our team, and Landmark Event Co. exemplifies that mindset. I would absolutely produce another event here and highly recommend Columbia Collective to anyone looking for a polished, memorable venue.

My wife and I got married at this venue in April 2024! Molly was absolutely amazing and helped us coordinate a lot of things for our wedding, including chair rentals (which we upgraded), decor/linens, and seating arrangements. She was professional, communicative, and worked well with our other vendors! Compared to other venues, we felt The Club at Snoqualmie Ridge was priced well. The only minor hiccup for us was having our salads under-dressed during dinner; but overall, the service was great! And our guests loved the stunning views at the club! It's an absolutely beautiful venue!

We couldn't have asked for a more perfect venue for our wedding. The setting is deeply rooted in nature — lush, serene, and completely immersive — and we were incredibly lucky to have the most perfect weather on our day, which made everything feel even more magical. The views were absolutely stunning, the kind of scenery that takes your breath away and makes the day feel truly special. The setting itself was unlike anything we'd seen when venue hunting, giving our wedding a unique feel that our guests are still talking about. There was plenty of space for everyone to move around comfortably, which kept the whole day relaxed and easy. The owners were also a pleasure to work with. We did a fully DIY wedding, and Mallory was wonderful throughout the planning process — always available to answer questions and offer thoughtful input that helped make sure everything came together the way we envisioned. On the day itself, Dana was incredibly helpful whenever we needed anything, which let us stay present and actually enjoy our wedding without stress. Having that kind of guidance and support made such a difference, especially for a DIY setup. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the venue photographed beautifully — our photos turned out beyond what we imagined. The natural surroundings gave every shot a gorgeous, organic backdrop that no studio could replicate. It was exactly the vision we had in mind, and we would recommend it without hesitation to any couple looking for a memorable, one-of-a-kind setting for their big day.

We live in Seattle and wanted to get married in the city, and were drawn to industrial type venues. I think all in all we toured 15 venues across different Seattle neighborhoods and ended up choosing WithinSodo for it’s versatility in space, it’s already existing beauty (hint-budget brides- you really don’t need much additional decor unless you really want it), the welcoming staff, the easy kitchen for caterers, its size being large enough for our group but small enough to still feel intimate (we invited 200, 140 showed) and the opportunity to have some outdoor space on our wedding day. The energy in this venue is electric and we felt it each time we visited. While needing to use the in house bar at first felt like a con because it can be more expensive than doing it on your own-in the end became a pro as the ease of having everything taken care of by talented professionals (our drinks were amazing, the bar staff even worked with us to create a secret cocktail on the menu) was well worth it-and the cost was much lower than we expected given our friend group of happy drinkers. We loved everything about spending our wedding day at within Sodo from the ambiance and the slow reveal of different rooms in the space and especially the rooftop dance party and we’ll be forever grateful that we chose this space. We can’t review WithinSodo without gushing about Kate, which feels truly evil because not everyone will get to work with her in the same capacity as we did. Kate is the venue representative but happened to be filling in for the on-site day of coordinator to plan and execute our wedding day while WithinSodo was going through a coordinator staffing change. We just have to elaborate on how lucky we feel to have been placed with Kate and how lucky you’ll be to have Kate play ANY part in your wedding day as part of the WS team. We were able to completely relax and enjoy our wedding day because Kate worked so hard and so efficiently leading up to it and the day of the wedding. Kate’s attention to detail got us thinking about aspects of our wedding day that we hadn’t even considered, and through the answers she gleaned from her thoughtful questions she knew exactly what was important to us and where we were flexible and not. She got to know us, our story, and our hopes for the day so well and by the time the wedding day came we trusted her without reservation to solve problems, make decisions, and execute the best night of our lives so that we could be present. As a wedding client you have unlimited virtual or in person walk-through sessions at the venue as you’re planning, and we found ourselves taking every opportunity not only to come see the space in person but to spend some time with Kate. Her professionalism is 10/10 but in a way that still leaves her completely approachable and fun to be around. Kate-we know that you moved mountains for us on and before our wedding day and we will never forget the love and care you gave to us. We just received a sneak peek of our wedding video and Kate makes a tiny appearance and our hearts bursted with joy when we saw this because she became so cherished in our wedding memories. While she was in the background making everything happen she was very much in the foreground of gifting us calmness, confidence, and reassurance on our wedding day.

We LOVED our wedding at IslandWood! I worked on the events team at IslandWood from 2019-2021, before shifting careers completely. I always loved to work the weddings, and imagined that my dream wedding would be there one day. I am so so happy that I was able to make that dream come true!! IslandWood goes above and beyond to make the guests' and bride & groom's experiences absolutely perfect! I personally already knew the food would taste amazing, as I used to always eat the leftovers when I worked there. But eating food from a menu that my husband and I got to custom design with Jim was truly an unforgettable experience. All of the guests loved the food, and Jim and his team tackle every request that you throw their way! My husband is Dominican, and Jim made sure that the Dominican food he made was authentic and delicious. At one point, my husband's aunts asked whether a Dominican was working in the kitchen! Moreover, Erica, our event planner, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect weekend! IslandWood is a magical place, and your wedding will be magical if you choose to have it there. Yes, it is pricey, but the experiences that you, your family, and your friends will leave with are truly invaluable!

The Seattle Marriott Waterfront was exactly what we were looking for. It was classy, in a great location and worth the investment. Annie K., Estefany E., Valerie M., and Zaina S. are truly the dream team and provided us with white glove service from our initial discussions until after the wedding. They were always very pleasant, professional and precise in their communication. On our wedding day, both Estefany and Valerie were there to ensure that everything met our expectations and they surprised us with a wedding gift! We greatly appreciate all the hard work from the aforementioned ladies, as well as Shawn, Sung, the valets and the entire Marriott Waterfront team in making our wedding day so memorable.

We had our wedding at the World Trade Center and we could not be more pleased with our experience!! From day 1, the first person I interacted with, Linda Kress, treated me with a level of kindness and investment that was unparalleled when compared to the experiences that we had during our 13 other venue tours. Linda is amazing at her job and also simply an amazing person. She very quickly felt like a friend and went out of her way to provide us with so much additional wedding guidance based on her previous years of experience as a wedding planner. As the wedding got closer, we transitioned to working more closely with Camila Ormachea, who was also absolutely amazing and more helpful than we could have imagined. She coordinated all details with ease, was very responsive and accommodating, and was clearly invested in how our wedding was going to turn out. Forever thankful for both Linda and Camila!! We truly feel like we found a hidden gem in a sea of other beautiful but terrifyingly expensive venues. The actual venue fee is beyond reasonable - the greatest portion of the cost (which is still very reasonable) to hold your wedding here is in the food & beverage but let me tell you, it SHOWS. The food was unbelievably high quality and I believe is the thing that stood out to our guests the most, so many of them are still raving about it. That also includes the service, which was top-tier. Everyone working was very detail-oriented and did an incredible job of making sure the night ran smoothly from handing out champagne as guest arrived and flipping the ceremony space in record time, to a seamless plated dinner experience and beyond. I honestly felt so fancy during our wedding as a result of the service and the food. The room itself is also absolutely stunning and made for such a beautiful backdrop of our ceremony. The pics taken in the World Trade Center room itself turned out amazing, as well as all the pics that we took across the street on top of the attached Bell Harbor Conference Center. If you are looking for a wedding venue, I HIGHLY recommend that you choose the World Trade Center Seattle. I didn’t have to worry or think about a thing day-of and the venue and service absolutely surpassed any expectations I had!

Located on the shores of Lake Washington, we combine modern amenities with the natural beauty of the PNW to offer guests an elevated experience. Awarded 2024 Best Wedding Venue by 425 Magazine, the hotel boasts unparallelled views and exceptional service. Once in a lifetime happens here!

My husband and I wed here in September of 2021. We had the beautiful backdrop of the lake during our ceremony and cocktail hour and then glided in to a wonderful event space for dinner and dancing. Katie took great care of us. She was in constant contact to make sure our wedding was a dream come true. We had the most wonderful sampling of delicious food. The bridal ‘get ready room’ was so spacious, a safe place to keep items during the wedding festivities, and great to gather before and after the ceremony with the wedding party. The rooms are modern and comfortable. Our couples suite was so spacious allowing us to host throughout our weekend. We are truly grateful for this amazing establishment and all those involved that made the most important day a perfect one. Also, there are great photo opportunities all around the hotel and in the park next door. Thank you, Katie and Southport Hyatt!

We were married at MUCC in August of last year and it was perfect! The church space itself is lovely and looks wonderful in our photos. The sanctuary is especially beautiful with lovely stained glass windows. They also had plenty of space in another area of the church so that we could host our reception there as well. This was really helpful since we had many out of town guests who are unfamiliar with driving in the Seattle area. Beyond that, pastor Marci was really wonderful and met with us before the ceremony to talk about what we wanted. We felt really fortunate to find her, but I believe you can also have your own officiant which is not something many churches allow you to do. We also used their pianist for the ceremony music and he did a fantastic job. Overall everything was very easy and convenient, allowing us to just focus on the day. They are also a wonderful church that contributes to the community, definitely appreciate these folks!

We had a truly magical wedding aboard the Virginia V this July. Our dream was to start in Lake Union, go through the Ballard Locks and end up at the downtown waterfront and they found a way to make it happen. Alicia and Mark were extremely responsive and accommodating of our requests. Our guests had an amazing time and we were so honored to celebrate with a piece of Seattle history. The Virginia V is a nonprofit and I loved supporting them in preserving the ship rather than paying a corporate wedding venue.

The Evergreen State delivers venues that work with practically any wedding vision you might have. Evergreen Gardens in Ferndale gives you multiple garden spaces and a covered pavilion that handles Washington's unpredictable weather without sacrificing beauty. The 101 in Seattle lets you bring in your own preferred vendors in a spacious open environment while Sodo Park blends industrial-chic architecture with elegant sophistication. You'll find the perfect balance of practicality and atmosphere no matter what style speaks to you.

That's actually below the national average of $6,500-$12,000 or 25% of total costs so you're getting better value here than in many other states.
