Then we started working with Cathy and she made the process as easy as possible. She made sure we were comfortable and that we had all paperwork needed. She was very sweet! The venue itself was very beautiful, we got so many compliments on choosing the Warrington, as well as compliments on the food. The food was AMAZING! Their buffet and dessert bar options were delicious and plentiful.They took good care of our guests who needed vegan, gluten-free options or a kid's meal.One of the highlights of our celebration was a "make your own bouquet" bar for guests. It was an option that Drexelbrook suggested, based on our shower theme. They worked with us to ensure that we could decorate and arrange the space to meet the needs of our event. “First and foremost I have to recognize the staff who worked the event at the hotel. Katrina, who is the event coordinator, was wonderfully communicative and detail oriented. We wanted to keep things relatively simple for our wedding but she had some great ideas to spruce things up a bit and helped to keep us on track leading up to the day of. The evening prior and on the day she was helping us set things up and made sure to keep our chaotic group on schedule. Not only that she was extremely helpful in managing the group, helping to cue and time our processions and intros into the dining room after the ceremony. She also added a personal touch to the centerpieces by arranging some fresh flowers we'd brought in and I thought the result was lovely. As important as Katrina were all of the wait staff and bartenders for our wedding. Jordan, Dawn and Dinnea took care of dinner service and Doug and Debbie tended the bar. We interacted with Jordan, Doug and Debbie the most but we've spoken to friends and family who agreed that the service was excellent. I want to call out Jordan specifically because that dude was constantly checking in to make sure we had everything we needed from drinks to food. On top of all of that he was just one of the most pleasant and kind humans we could have asked for to take care of us that day. We'd also like to extend a big thank you to the whole group as we had some late arrivals who came in during dinner time. The staff immediately noticed and without any fuss went over to get their order and get them served. We had opted for a Delmonico steak and salmon as our primary entrees. Note that because of the volume of guests the Delmonicos were all cooked to somewhere around medium. I can't vouch for everyone's steak but mine came out perfectly medium. As far as I can tell from catching up with friends and family during and after the wedding everyone was pleased and really enjoyed their meals. We also really enjoyed the atmosphere that was created. We ended up choosing the Orchid(?) package, if I recall the name correctly, which is their all inclusive package and I think it was worth every penny. I really enjoyed the up lighting and hotel provided centerpieces but I can see how if you have a different vision in mind then you may want to opt for a different offering. On top of the work they did in the space the hotel has a couple of outdoor seating areas, one of which has a fire pit, that were favorites of the group to take breaks from the party rocking inside. Ultimately the most important part of our wedding day was to unite our friends and family in one place where we could party and then not have to worry about transferring from the reception venue back to the hotel. As far as we're concerned Katrina and her staff delivered on this want magnificently. From the maintenance of the hotel and event space, to the friendly and thoughtful staff, to the convenient location for our friends and family; we could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day.”

“Get ready for a good one. I came to know Gabriella through some trusted mutual friends outside of the wedding industry and knew her for several years before my husband and I even got engaged -- and I knew when we did, she would be our woman. Having been a bridesmaid in other weddings, I knew first hand how a photographer can make or break your day and knew Gabriella would be firmly on the 'make' side. She is diligent, kind, and oh so much FUN. I don't want to give away all her tricks but she will make you feel so special from start to finish. She goes above and beyond to accommodate special situations in families (the good, the bad, and the ugly), not to mention all the impromptu things that come up within the wedding process and on wedding days. One thing I can't recommend enough is her podcast, The Busy Bride. Her intel as someone inside the wedding industry is invaluable and we found quite a few vendors and ideas by taking her insight into consideration. She is now engaged herself and doing a series on her wedding process which I am jealous I didn't get to listen to before our wedding but can't wait to enjoy her journey from the listener end moving forward. What we wanted from a photographer was simply someone who would capture what was genuinely rising to the surface on our day, and Gabriella did just that. My husband was likely the more nervous of the two of us to be emotional in front of others and when the day came, it was not an issue at all. I think this is partially testament to how much he trusted Gabriella. All her photos are easy breezy beautiful once they arrive in your inbox (always on time) and you will never get tired of looking at them and feeling just how you felt when they were taken. ALSO! She doesn't advertise this much but your girl does boudoir shoots! Also an amazing experience and a great wedding gift for your honey ;) Amazing experience there, too. LOVED Gabriella and hope to use her again for future milestones :')”

“I reached out to Kat for help with the design aspect of our wedding. She put together an incredible design deck and handled all of our decor, rentals, stationary, signage, etc. To say that it was a weight off our shoulders is an understatement. We were very on the fence about a day of coordinator because our venue provided one but after working with Kat on the design we knew it was something we wouldnt regret. Kat and her team made our wedding a dream come true and took care of every single detail so that we didnt stress about anything. “I can’t say enough great things about Amber. From the get-go, she was so warm, welcoming and so very kind. Through email communication to our first trial, it felt so natural and fun and I felt like we clicked immediately. Our trial was fun and she made me feel very comfortable to express things that I liked, didn’t like, or things I may not have been comfortable with. I made a last minute color pallet change from our trial to wedding day and she was on board ready to go. My nerves were so high the day and she was able to pull me out of my anxiety and nervousness and allowed me to take any space or simply acted as a really wonderful sounding board as I was expressing any of my insecurities. She made me feel strong and beautiful and she kept her positive composure throughout the entire (long) morning. Her second artist, Sandra, was a saint and really rocked it. It was really important for me to find an artist who works well with mature skin also, I wanted everyone to feel beautiful. My mom and mother-in-law looked STUNNING! “We had our first DJ call with John Pitone and there was no reason to interview anyone else. From the very beginning he made us feel comfortable with him and he projected a confidence that all of our requests were not only possible, but would be easy for him to accommodate. Our wedding was near the 200 guest mark and when we told John that he responded with excitement and couldn’t wait to face the challenge of getting 200 people on the dance floor.
