Best of the BEST!!!!!
I truly don't even know where to begin- but hiring Evviva was the best decision we made for our wedding, hands down!! Not a single thing went wrong on our big day- and we have Kat and her team at Evviva to thank for that! Starting with the initial call, Kat made us feel so seen, heard, and taken care of- the minute we hired them, every single ounce of stress or worry disappeared. As an organized person myself- I was truly blown away by how thorough and organized every email and response was to all of my millions of questions. We were amazed by our design deck and all of the attention to detail put into every single piece of our big day- from the placement of everything to making sure all of the personal touches were perfect. Our lead planner/day-of coordinator, Sydney, was the absolute best and truly such a pleasure to work with. We laughed on every single planning call and she truly melted every single worry away. They did not miss a single thing when it came down to the day-of timeline- I can not stress enough how relaxed I was able to feel at our wedding because of it. Sarah, Kharisma and Courtney were absolutely INCREDIBLE on the big day- from the moment they arrived till the last song played, I felt taken care of in every way possible. Each and every member of the Evviva team went above and beyond to make our day special- it was honestly better than anything we could have asked for. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and recommend that anyone getting married does too!!

Absolutely Spectacular!!!
These ladies were absolutely spectacular! Their work ethic and attention to detail was amazing. Whatever we needed help with they were on it. They were everything we needed and more! They made sure our day went smooth and allowed us to breath easy with no worries at all. They were such a fun and sweet group of women to work with. They know what they're doing and they do it phenomenally!

We truly cannot say enough amazing things about our wedding planner and content creator—they were absolutely incredible and played such a huge role in making our day feel effortless and perfect. From the planning process through the wedding day, they went above and beyond in every possible way. They were organized, attentive, and always one step ahead, making sure every detail was taken care of. On the day of the wedding, everything ran so seamlessly that we genuinely have no idea if anything even went wrong—which is the best compliment we could give. We were able to be fully present and enjoy every moment without a single worry. Their professionalism, calm energy, and attention to detail made such a difference, and it truly felt like they cared just as much about our day as we did. Our content creator also captured so many special, candid moments that we’ll cherish forever—it was so fun being able to relive parts of the day almost immediately. If you’re considering working with this team, do it. They exceeded every expectation and made our wedding day feel completely stress-free and unforgettable.

HIRE EVVIVA!!!
Hiring Kat and her team was easily the best decision I made while wedding planning holy cow! I work at a wedding venue so I kept telling myself I got this I got this and right about 3 months out I was like nope I don’t got this I need to accept the fact I need help. With having relationships with a lot of coordinators it was hard to pick one so I initially went with Evivva since it was too hard to pick a “friendor” and I had not worked with them much but heard nothing but amazing things from brides I talked to. I immediately reached out to Kat and she hopped on the phone with us and got to know us and instantly we clicked and it felt like talking to a friend! Kat was our day of the Sydney helped as the event coordinator and Nikki was our event concierge! Kat held on to our marriage certificate all night, Sydney always had a water bottle on hand for my husband and I and Nikki was busy running around setting everything up for us. We had their A team for sure we felt so laid back lol I was so relaxed people kept asking if I was okay since I was just lounging around and I was like “oh yes I have the best team of people helping I’m just so at peace right now” and it felt so nice to feel 0 stress the day of the wedding after stressing for the months leading up! We loved how the Evivva team made a timeline for family, made us a packing list, and gave all important info in a beautiful shareable PDF link. It made it so easy to access and share with loved ones!! If you are second guessing hiring a day of coordinator, please please do and hire Evivva while you’re at it!! You will not regret it, absolutely 0 complaints!

The absolute best team out there !
Hiring Kat and her team was by far the best decision we made for our wedding! They were kind, patient, organized and truly unbelievable at what they do! Without them my husband and I would have been so lost! The energy they brought was unforgettable and we are so beyond grateful for all the work they did to make our day so perfect. If you make one decision, absolutely let it be hiring Evviva! Thank you all for making our day better than we ever could have imagined!!!!!
