Hello, my lovely couples! My name is Annie and I have started my business at the beginning of 2023 and so far I've had clients from all over the East Coast. I am focused on Partial, Full time Wedding planning, Elopements and A-la carte. My goal is to help my clients and make sure that their wedding goes by the plan that they created.

I am different than other planners because I will always try to find the vendors that will fit your needs and will help you throughout the process of wedding planning. I have experience working for a Wedding venue and a catering company which helps me understand better the needs of my clients and how each vendor in the fields operates.

    The best planner

    From the start, Annie at Before You Say I Do made us feel supported through every step of planning our wedding. She was responsive and quick to answer our questions, which made the whole process feel less stressful and more enjoyable. What really set her apart was how knowledgeable she was—we felt comfortable talking to her about anything, anytime. Even with coordinating multiple venues, Annie kept everything running smoothly behind the scenes so we could focus on enjoying our day.     The Calm in Our Wedding Planning Chaos

    Annie was such a calm, grounding presence throughout our wedding planning process. She helped us get our ducks in a row, kept us organized, and reassured us that we weren’t going insane during all the chaos of wedding planning! Her day-of coordination was truly next-level. She kept everything running smoothly, handled every shift and unexpected change with grace, and somehow even ensured that we actually ate our dinner AND dessert — a miracle in itself! Annie was thoughtful, caring, organized, and completely dependable. Having her there allowed us to actually be present and enjoy our wedding instead of worrying about everything happening behind the scenes.     Amazing Annie!

    Annie has been instrumental for making our wedding day so memorable and beautiful!     Great coordinator

    I hired Annie for month-of coordination about a year out. She was more involved than expected early on (and would respond to texts at any time of day or night - even 4am!), but her proactivity dipped in the couple months before the wedding - she was the last vendor to submit insurance to our venue and needed a few nudges. When I raised this with her, she took the feedback well and became very attentive. At the rehearsal she was invaluable, caught details I never would have thought of, and when my shoe broke at the rehearsal dinner she showed up with super glue within 30 minutes. Day-of, she coordinated seamlessly with our MC and venue. In hindsight, I’d hire Annie for day-of coordination rather than month-of - but that’s partly because I’m very organized and didn’t need as much support as anticipated.

    100/10 cannot thank her enough

    Annie was SUCH a help for planning and day of coordination. She is extremely knowledgeable and kind as well as saving the day multiple times during the wedding. I was so glad to have her and I really cannot thank her enough for all her help and hard work. I’m an easily anxious person but I knew she had everything covered and I could enjoy my wedding day. It meant the world to me.

I only take one wedding per weekend and focus entirely on my client. It's very important to understand the needs of the couple and make sure that I know everything about their vision and style.
I started doing weddings two years ago and have done cultural weddings-Haitian, Mexican and Vietnamese as well as LGBTQ weddings. I am based on the East Coast and travel anywhere from Vermont to Florida. My company also offers service on the West Coast.
The amount of time we will be spending together will vary depending on your needs. Generally, you can expect to spend several hours during the initial consultation to discuss your vision, preferences and budget. After that, we will have periodic meetings throughout the planning process to review progress, make decisions, and finalize details. If you need Full/Partial wedding planning we will be spending more time talking about your needs and finding the best vendors for your wedding day.
