BEST WEDDING MONEY WE SPENT!!
I sincerely wish I could give more than 5 stars!! I am an extremely type A person and as a bride I planned every single aspect of our day, had binders for everyone involved, and DIYed everything at the wedding. However, I wanted to be able to enjoy my wedding day and not be the usual stickler I am with events, plus a coworker told me I should hire a day of coordinator after not doing so for his wedding. He was so right, because Ayla was AMAZING! From the beginning our experience with her was wonderful. Our intro call together was lovely and she is so understanding and SO on top of everything. Since she was our Day of Coordinator she took over everything with vendors a month out and it was SUCH a stress reliever. I never had to worry about the vendors as usually I would try to email and they would say she already reached out and was on top of it. I spent the months leading up to the wedding constantly telling my fiance she was the best money we spent. Come wedding day that could not have been truer. She showed up for the rehearsal completely ready and was able to wrangle every single person to make the rehearsal so smooth. She spoke up for me when I wanted something, ensuring the day was what WE wanted, even when there was push back from family members. Then when there was a family emergency overnight and a lot was uncertain she was our biggest helper. After being briefed she took the reigns, finished our set up, had our bridal party and family wiped into shape, and our vendors exactly where they needed to be. Despite all that could have gone wrong our wedding day was the perfect day that I still dream of. She made sure we got everything we wanted done, but still stood ten toes down to make sure we got to eat, dance, and always had a drink in our hand. Even now months later I am STILL hearing stories from others of how she prevented things that could have caused a problem without even slightly alerting us. I sincerely recommend her to everyone I can and 1000000% recommend you hire Bell Bridal Co!

Best Decision We Made for Our Wedding Day
Ayla was truly the GOAT! She stayed on top of every single detail and made sure we had everything we wanted on our wedding day. She handled family members with difficult attitudes professionally, kept everyone in line, and made sure the day continued to run smoothly. She brought our vision to life and made sure everything was executed to the fullest. She even went above and beyond after the wedding by helping me finalize the sale of all our wedding items. She did so much more than we ever expected, and we are extremely grateful for her dedication, patience, and hard work. Hiring her was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. I would recommend her to any bride who wants someone dependable, organized, professional, and willing to go the extra mile!

Gosh what a whirlwind! It’s been almost 3 months since our magical day and I’m still on Cloud 9! Ayla was such an amazing support during our journey to the altar! Her skills of calming the post wedding/planning nerves, her gentle reminders in meeting deadlines, and her magical ability at bringing our vision to life meant the world to us! Ayla made the most stunning bouquets for me and my bridesmaids, she recommended elegant options to elevate our wedding while maintaining our budget. Her words of wisdom to just “roll with it” on the big day allowed me to stay present and enjoy our wedding from start to finish. Best Wedding Planner in Atlanta!
Ayla is incredible, I can't recommend her enough. She has a very take charge personality that is reinforced by excellent organization skills and super attention to detail. In the planning phase Ayla was a blessing giving us the confidence that everything was covered and therefore eliminated mountains of wedding stress. She has vendors all over Atlanta & Georgia she sourced & negotiated on our behalf that saves us thousands. We did a 3 day wedding event with 200 count guest list. The moment the weekend kicked off everything was like clockwork with Ayla at the helm. We got hit with rain the day of the ceremony & Ayla with absolute poise handled it like a pro. She was able to pivot to move everything indoors while adjusting timelines, getting everyone where they were suppose to be, and coordinating all the rain changes with all the vendors. It was a such a relief knowing she was our partner for the weekend. We invested so much into the wedding; so knowing Ayla was in charge gave us absolute trust she had it all handled so we could spend our time enjoying the wedding. If you are a stubborn groom like me who thinks you can do it yourself, swallow your pride and hire Ayla. I promise it will be the second best wedding decision you made (your bride being the first of course).

If you want to totally turn your brain off and actually enjoy your wedding day instead of stressing over timelines, you need to hire Ayla Bellamy with Bell Bridal Co. Ayla is clearly answering a true calling because she pours so much thought, heart, and majorly flawless dedication into her work. From our very first consultation to the masterpiece that was our final planning binder (seriously, so much detail, incredibly organized), she made our 200-guest wedding at Unicoi State Park & Lodge absolute perfection. Hiring her was the best decision. Flawless Day-Of Coordination & A Major Weather Pivot: Ayla provided a custom full-service wedding planning package that kept our entire four-day weekend perfectly on track. She coordinated all our pre-wedding events—like the ceremony rehearsal at Smith Creek Field, a cozy campfire event at the Fireside Lounge, and a family game night—with total poise. On the actual wedding day, when rain tried to crash our style, Ayla proved she is the ultimate wedding planner, able to handle North Georgia’s changing weather. Without missing a single beat, she pivoted to a completely new indoor plan and restructured a massive 18-table furniture seating chart to accommodate our large guest count flawlessly. She took all the stress right off our shoulders. She and her fabulous day-of coordination team kept the hair and makeup schedule (which started at 8:30 AM for the bridesmaids) and photography timelines perfectly synchronized. Her team handled every single logistical detail: they delivered food we ordered from a local grocery store, picked up our cake, and perfectly arranged our cake toppers. Plus, they wore walkie-talkies to direct the parents, the wedding party, and us (the bride and groom) across the park from the Kissing Bridge to the main lodge. My fiancé even had a horse he was planning to ride on the field of our outdoor ceremony, and even though it was raining, she found a way to have him ride it outside the building so our guests could be dry inside but still see him from the window. The whole day was like a choreographed parade. Stunning Custom Wedding Floral Design: On top of her elite event design and coordination skills, Ayla is a profoundly talented wedding florist. She completely understood the assignment, bringing our pastel mood board to life with the most breathtaking bridal bouquets, delicate boutonnieres, gorgeous floral arches, and tree-cookie centerpiece table settings. Walking into that reception space and seeing her custom floral arrangements was a total moment—absolutely jaw-dropping! Masterful Vendor Management & Absolute Trust: Ayla built incredible, professional relationships with our wedding vendors, confidently taking the reins to run all vendor communications as the big day approached. She is someone you can trust implicitly. We felt completely secure having her handle distribution of cash tips to the vendors at the end of the night. Thoughtful Details & Amazing Energy: What truly sets Ayla apart are the small, intentional details. She thoughtfully arranged to have a piece of our wedding cake sent up to our hotel suite so we could actually sit down and enjoy it at the end of the night. Her energy is so infectious, warm, and fabulous that everyone at our wedding loved meeting her. Because of Bell Bridal Co., we got to completely unplug, turn our brains off, and have the best night of our lives. We cannot recommend her enough for wedding planning and coordination!
